Their drivers often enter that nobody was available to accept deliveries when they don't actually show up in the first place. This has happened numerous times, delaying deliveries by as much as a week. Just be honest! You didn't have time to finish your route!

I don’t understand why it seems that me and my household have a terrible time with this company! Every package we’ve had has always been delayed or gone missing. It’s a nightmare dealing with FedEx. Poor in every aspect of the company. It’s my understanding that once a tracking number on a package is created, that package is scanned a few different times to the trailer and the once the trailer hits the destination, it’s once again scanned a couple more times so that it makes it way to the correct house. So explain to me how my package that was “out for delivery” (said on the tracker) but when checked by phone my package was still at a facility 4hours away . Am I sharing the same tracking number with another package? I’ve had previous job history at a UPS, so I know how things work. This is disappointing service, step up your game!!

The fast, fair and friendly employees at this fine facility met and exceeded all our shipping needs. They went far beyond the call of duty
