The Staff was helpful. They didn't carry the console or games I was looking for (older models etc), but they were kind enough to refere me to a different game store in the area that did have those items. Good Job, guys, I appreciate that !

Didn't even know this gem was in Roseburg! Great finds, even on Christmas Eve!! Thank you to the guy working that night (I didn't get his name~he was the only one working) He really helped me pick some great items! They were all hits!!

The manager cristal is always great and helpful and always friendly and Vance is really helpful and nice. They run the store great and I'll always come back there especially when they work. Great people and service
