Went by to mail a package. This place was recommended to us. The guy was NOT friendly. He did what we needed to do, but from now on we'll chose a different place.

I don't know what the problem is lately I know the owner passed away, but that doesn't mean you can lose people's packages and give bogus drop off receipts. None of the tracking numbers match so I can't show the companies hey here is proof, and none of my labels ever end up in the system the last 3 times I dropped off my packages so far $300 of product lost guess I will be driving to town every time I need to drop off anything. Whether its fedex, usps, or ups none of my things are being returned and with bogus drop off receipts, with label numbers that don't match I have no proof to the company i did return it on time.

‘Temporarily closed until further notice’
That’s all you give us? We receive mail there. Important documents and now it’ll get sent back or lost while this place is closed down?? And we’re going to have to wait weeks for the documents to be sent again. This is ridiculous. And no way to handle federal documents.
It’s now been 5 days without being able to get our mail. We have important documents that we have been waiting on and have been trying to check our mail religiously. But we can’t now and we are on a time frame to send certain documents back. It’s not like we can ask them to resend them either. This is unacceptable and I will not be continuing my rental of the box once my year is up. I knew Roseburg business’ had poor ethics, but this absolutely tops any other bad experience we’ve had.
Hopefully you open back up before we have to completely restart our paperwork.

Waited forever at the window to drop a package off and there was a lady inside waiting just after I had gotten there as well. the guy is kind of rude, no apologies for the looooonnng wait and talks to you like you’re stupid when asking a question about how long my item will take to arrive at its destination. I suggest for the owner to get some sort of notification system so people don’t wait so long as this is not the first time I and other people have waited an absurd amount of time! Giving two stars cause I got what I needed done but it was an awful experience.
