Harbor Wholesale is a 100 year old family run company providing many jobs to Douglas County, Portland, Washington, and Modesto California. For truck drivers, lumpers are young guys that act like drivers are interrupting them, but not really 'rude'. One driver with an 0800 appointment arrived at 0730 and was put right in a door. Another arrived 2.75 hours late due to a winter storm, but received no complaining and was put right on a door, leaving 40 minutes later. However, the lumper fee was extremely high at $1735.00.

Had a 0700 delivery appt today. Due to winter storm up in the mountains east Roseburg I arrived 2.75 hrs late. No complaining from them, put me right on a door and 40 mins later I was leaving for my next load.
