“This place was awesome and I’ll never stay anywhere else in the Roseburg area again besides here. It’s a huge 3-room space. The kitchen is a full fledged kitchen with high dollar appliances. The bathroom is huge. The shower is a double with wall sprayers. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in a while. And the pillows and blankets were so comfortable. They really don’t skimp and use cheap stuff. They’ve got nice stuff in there, it doesn’t feel like a hotel. It’s so comfortable. And they left me a $10 gift card to a local coffee shop nearby. 10 out 10 awesome and I’ll stay here many more times. They really pay attention to the small details and it is very appreciated.”

“Near the highway, gas station and eateries. Alexis was kind enough to accommodate a late room change request owing to a disabled daughter. Small, nice and claen room with a veranda.”

“Would have rated this hotel a 5 star if one of the rooms did not smell like a porta potty. One of our rooms had one of the new tvs and was nice, but our other room had the older tv and the toilet was loose so I believe it was letting in the odor from the bathroom.
Breakfast was excellent. There was a good variety of foods to choose from. Egg omelets, potatoes, oatmeal, many different kinds of muffins, fresh made pancakes, multiple kinds of juices, fresh yogurt, bacon, sausage and others that I do not remember. There was complimentary coffee 24/7 with creamers. Dog friendly”

“Pretty decent place. Wearing socks on rugless floors got my socks pretty dirty but otherwise place was clean. Wished TV had streaming apps so could use my service and log in to watch shows. Otherwise it was a pretty good place”

“Overall a good stay. I was a little unsure when arriving at the hotel. The outside seemed very dated and uninviting. However, our room was well appointed, very clean areas and very comfortable beds. We had a double queen on the second floor which is located on the backside of the hotel. It looks out on the backyards of homes but it was so green with a large tree. The front rooms would look at the parking lot and roads. Typical breakfast for Comfort inn which we like. This time we met some friends at the Caseys restaurant behind the hotel for a great diner breakfast. Great value and comfort for an overnight stay.”

“My family and I stayed at the Quality Inn Roseburg on June 14, 2026, the night before beginning a long drive from Oregon back to Florida. What started as a hectic and stressful travel day ended up being one of the most pleasant hotel experiences we've had, thanks entirely to the amazing staff.

We had five people traveling together and were trying to reorganize our vehicle, pack for a 3,000-mile trip, make repairs to our car, and prepare for the journey ahead. I booked the room through the Choice Hotels app, which was simple and convenient as always.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel takes pride in its property. We saw multiple housekeeping staff members working throughout the property, maintenance personnel making repairs, and even the owner walking around, speaking with employees, and taking notes. It's always reassuring to see management actively involved and invested in the guest experience.

This hotel also brought back memories for me because my father stayed here frequently before his passing in 1997 when traveling between Bandon and the Eugene area for medical appointments. It was nice to see that the property is still being cared for.

Our room was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. One thing that really stood out was the lighting. So many hotels today have poor lighting, but this room was bright enough that you could comfortably read a book. We also appreciated the room layout, which included three queen beds—two in one room and one in the other—giving our group plenty of space.

The kids absolutely loved the pool and had a great time swimming the evening we arrived.

Unfortunately, that night we discovered that my son's ankle had become severely swollen from an injury that happened before we arrived. The next morning we had to take him to urgent care to make sure it wasn't broken or fractured. The hotel staff could not have been more understanding. They graciously allowed us a late checkout so we could leave our belongings in the room while we went to the doctor and return afterward to finish drying our clothes and complete our travel preparations. Everyone we interacted with was kind, patient, and accommodating, and several staff members even offered assistance during what had become a very rushed morning.

By the time we left, what had started as a stressful situation felt much more manageable because of the compassion and professionalism shown by the staff. As we drove down the road, our family continued talking about how kind everyone had been. That level of genuine customer service is refreshing and increasingly rare.

There honestly wasn't anything negative about our stay. The room was clean, the price was excellent, the amenities were enjoyable, and the staff made a lasting impression on every member of our group, from the younger kids to the adults.

We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Quality Inn Roseburg to anyone traveling through the area.”
