“Last week I went to another local jewelry store, I felt like I was bother, plus being ignored for 6 minutes standing at the counter. No greeting at all entertaining store. After 40 years being loyal to this chain, spending thousands. Not anymore. Today Feb 8, 2024, the minute I walked into Harry Ritchie, was immediately greeted by a young man Marshall, very kind. I explained that I needed some help with some watches. Bracelet and rings. Justin, explained everything and proceeded to take care of everything that he could. While Marshall polished & shined the jewelry. I was so very pleased with both the customer service, & able to fix most of the item needing attention. Both were very kind, honest what they could do and couldn't, but gave additional solutions. I definitely recommend Harry ritchie's. Was a good experience.”
