-5 ⭐ is what I wish I could give. After my experience with Roseburg lithia body and paint, I can't and won't and actually caution against using them. The workmanship on my vehicle was absolutely horrible. Parts have flown off my vehicle driving down the road. The front bumper clip has popped out somehow making a gap at the headlight and a giant paint line. It also took almost 2 months to get my vehicle back from them. But on a positive note which doesn't actually help anything. I would like to give the office ladies and most of the estimators a 5⭐. They've tried to help me. They're very nice but It doesn't change the fact that the work being done on the vehicles is absolute garbage and possibly unsafe to drive when you get your vehicle back.

Amazing customer service, I was updated weekly (or more) on the repairs, I appreciated that so much and when my car was finished it was perfect! I would recommend Lithia Body and Paint!

The customer service is exceptional and the quality of repairs was done to perfection. All work was done in a timely manner. The care taken in returning my car to me in showroom quality was an added benefit. Accidents are hard but with Lithia you can rest in peace knowing the your vehicle is in the best care. Five stars.

Staff behind the counter are very accommodating specially Erica,(she’s on top of it all :follow up,follow through.. you’re great Erica!) so are the techs. I’m very happy and beyond satisfied of the job Lithia did fixing my car. Big shout out to Warren K. What an awesome gesture to not charge me of the extra work done replacing and fixing the visor because there was a delivery delay (mind you it was the courier’s end not Lithia due to weather). Way to go an extra mile for their customer..Will surely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Services: Painting

100% recommend. All the employees who worked with me while my car was in the shop were outstanding. They were on top of their communication and were able to answer any and all questions I had. I knew parts availability would be strained with the pandemic and it also happens the year and model of car I have is tedious to find correct parts for but they worked as fast as they could. They made my car looks better than the day I drove it off the lot.I worked primarily with Erica and she is amazing! They really went above and beyond.Services: Electrical

So I called them after Honda couldn’t help me with my headlights. Had my friend replace them but they were not aimed properly. I call and get ahold of Ericka. She has such great customer service. She told me to come over and I got there as soon as I could and they adjusted my headlights FREE of charge. It was amazing.Service: Body & Trim
