Staff behind the counter are very accommodating specially Erica,(she’s on top of it all :follow up,follow through.. you’re great Erica!) so are the techs. I’m very happy and beyond satisfied of the job Lithia did fixing my car. Big shout out to Warren K. What an awesome gesture to not charge me of the extra work done replacing and fixing the visor because there was a delivery delay (mind you it was the courier’s end not Lithia due to weather). Way to go an extra mile for their customer..Will surely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Services: Painting

100% recommend. All the employees who worked with me while my car was in the shop were outstanding. They were on top of their communication and were able to answer any and all questions I had. I knew parts availability would be strained with the pandemic and it also happens the year and model of car I have is tedious to find correct parts for but they worked as fast as they could. They made my car looks better than the day I drove it off the lot.I worked primarily with Erica and she is amazing! They really went above and beyond.Services: Electrical

So I called them after Honda couldn’t help me with my headlights. Had my friend replace them but they were not aimed properly. I call and get ahold of Ericka. She has such great customer service. She told me to come over and I got there as soon as I could and they adjusted my headlights FREE of charge. It was amazing.Service: Body & Trim

So my pickup was involved in an incident and needed lots of body and suspension repair. Had it towed to lithia body shop middle of May 2022. I have to go down there and talk to Trent about couple things after they did suspension work. Noticed pickup is leaning really bad to one side and said something wrong they didn’t even notice that it had an aftermarket lift strut in it. Did the alignment and everything. Told them what lift kit was installed. Month and half later they get ahold of me asking for info on the lift kit because they never ordered it. I got tons of excuses why it was taking so long. Middle of August 2022 I get it back with the brakes spongy and not working properly. Next day take it back they told me they bleed the brakes but couldn’t fix it. They had to change a brake caliper because of the damage. They said they would get back in touch with me. Few days later after finding horn wasn’t even plugged in I bleed the brakes and got air out of the caliper they replaced brakes working good again. The customer shouldn’t have to double check the work and the customer shouldn’t have to fix something they did wrong. I lost faith in the techs ability to safely work on any of my cars or pickups. I would not recommend them to anybody unless you dont want your car back very fast and you have to fix it after you get it back. I barely even got a sorry out of them.Services: Body & Trim

Erica is great, so the one star I'm forced to give, goes to her..The short version - if you chose Lithia because your insurance guarantees their work, save yourself some time and frustration and take it to Lithia Body and Paint in Medford.The long version - I've taken two vehicles to Lithia Body and Paint in Roseburg and had issues with both repairs. This time, I was very dissatisfied with Trent's reaction to the repair issues. I felt like he thought I was nitpicking small details, when I really wasn't.You could see from a distance that my hood was misaligned by more than 1/4", my brand new bumper had a ripple in it, and the tech tightened a bolt so tight that he cracked it, there were still large, broken pieces of plastic from the accident next to a part that was "holding up the repair".. the horn wasn't even bolted down correctly.. my car also came back missing 1/2 tank of fuel. The paint job was horrendous... The list goes on and on, but you get the point... it should have never left the shop looking the way it did and when I returned with the issues, I feel like it should've been handled differently than telling me to come back in a few weeks and they'll go over the mistakes. I took my car to Medford and had it back before Roseburg would have even looked at it.

Extremely disappointed. They were all over the place and forgot that my car was in the back. No communication between customers. Do NOT go here. I waited more than a month for answers about what was happening with my car. Save the trouble and go elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

The work on our Ford Edge took a bit longer than thought but the finished product looks brand new. Fit and finish of the replaced body parts was a good as off the assembly line. Probably the best body shop in town.

Office staff is AMAZING! Body shop, not so thrilled about them. They had our vehicle a crazy amount of time, the work that was done was decent, no complaints there but when we got it back, it had a new issue, one of our doors now has trouble shutting. ?

I have a dented door. I’ve been given 5 different dates so far as to when it’s going to be fixed with multiple different reasons why it’s not going how its supposed to. Not only does this feel like I’m being taken advantage of but it feels like they’re taking all this money, almost $2,000 to fix a dented door and they won’t say the real reason why it’s not finished. I feel deceived. They communicate through text and now my text won’t go through. I haven’t been rude, I’ve been very patient but anyone reading this should take they’re money elsewhere. Best body shop in town great staff I've used them many times even just for mold removal and detailing they do a great job and will keep you informed on things they find I trust them bit higher priced but thats ok when you get that level of service

Erica was very helpful, friendly, and professional when I needed an estimate on repairing damage I had done to the front bumper and the wheels on my Challenger.
