Always love this place. Staff goes beyond their duties. Please pay them more for all they deal with.

It's amazing, good drinks, Arby's attached, and a gas station, all rolled into one!

This is the travel destination of the PNW. Must stop if you are rushing through the area. There’s a dog park. Make sure to use the app

I like to stop at loves whenever I need to stop for gas or whatever. Clean restrooms and friendly associates that welcome you when you walk in the store. It’s a bit out of the way from the freeway but nothing to crazy

I did not have a good experience at the truck care service shop. My semi truck needed repair, a coolant leak. I walk into the office and there are several employees standing around. I ask when can they take a look at my truck? They said 7+ hour wait time, there is no mechanic on duty, they only have tire techs on duty. One of the employees said they can fix radiators, and I informed them the radiator is not the problem.
I ask if someone can take a quick look at my truck to see what's the problem. One of the employees says no, tire techs are not allowed to look at any truck with a mechanical issue. At this point I am frustrated and tell them I am going to call my on road service, and I told the Love's truck care employees I don't think they can fix my truck. A few minutes later a Love's employee checked in with me and asked for an update. I said I was on the phone with my on road service. I asked again if a Love's employee could take a quick look at my truck. The Love's employee again says No, tire techs are not allowed to look at any mechanical issues. I said I don't expect your tire tech to fix the truck, but can someone take a quick look and let me know if they think the Loves mechanic will be able to fix it when the mechanic comes on duty. The employee again said No, they don't allow tire techs to do that.
So at this point, I feel like the staff has brushed off my concerns, and I don't know if it's worthwhile for me to wait for 7+ hours to speak to the Love's mechanic. I feel like the staff did not want to help, they did not want to try.
I don't know why there was several employees in the office, and apparently 0 mechanics on duty. But there were vehicles being serviced in the service bay. I saw a Love's employee underneath a truck, it appeared like he was working under the engine compartment area. Other trucks were receiving service.
I ended up having my truck towed elsewhere. Overall a disappointing experience. Loves shops can be a great resource for truck drivers, but only if the staff are trained and willing to help. I found the staff here to be unhelpful, and apparently unskilled.

I’m honestly shocked at how filthy this Travel Center of America is. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting—dirty floors, overflowing trash, foul odors, and sinks that look like they haven’t been cleaned in days. I couldn’t even brush my teeth because the sinks were so nasty. For a place that’s supposed to serve travelers and truck drivers who rely on these stops every day, this is unacceptable.
Clean and safe restrooms are a basic necessity, not a luxury. Management clearly needs to step up and prioritize sanitation. Until then, I will avoid this location and recommend others do the same.

Hello everyone,Im currently here at loves truck stop in Roseburg Oregon.
I’d like to share my opinion about this place.
I got here this morning to spend the day.
I needed one sleeper berth airbag for my truck.
Went to the shop and spoke to Bryan service writer/manager.
They put me on the list and sure thing couple hours later they called me to bring in my truck.
Air bag was replaced in record time(very fast)and got out in no time.
Places like this I highly recommend they are rare in the industry.
Customer friendly, sharp in the work they do and the prices are VERY fair.
On the other hand the entire truck stop is really clean everywhere.
5 stars without a doubt.

Shop told me to pull my truck in and by the time I got in they had pulled another truck in taking my place, this shop is egregiously rude and unprofessional, read the reviews, shop staff stepped away from their ACTUAL work to go and work on one of their employee’s vehicle and still worked on trucks checked in, out of order, this is the absolute worst loves truck shops i’ve ever been too. Employee continues to walk around my truck and check tires, but did not communicate with me at all, continuing to work on other trucks and not providing me with any “check-in” services, I asked another mechanic when they would start working on my truck he states “well we only have one mechanic” A blatant lie because I could see 3 employees other than him, I don’t even understand how these employees retain their employment.

Thanks for nothing to the Loves employee that told us he would tow our trailer. A yellow curb must mean something else to your business. We had a minor repair to make on our trailer after filling up our diesel truck and spending money in your store. Won't be using your stop again. Rethink your customer service!

The first loves that I’ve been to on my travels across and around the country ( mind you I’ve been to over 30 locations at-least ) that doesn’t allow overnight parking. Drove 3 hours to find out I need to find a new place for the night. That and the gas attendant stared at me while I was pumping my gas

Salt of the Earth!!!! The Third watch crew Melissa, Garrett, Ken, and I didnt get the Supervisors name are Angel's among men.
I rolled up with a busted radiator hose at midnight, (and still had another 90miles to go) and there happened to be an onsight mechanic who McGyvered it MUCH better than what I had on me!
The point of this review it to say there are STILL people who care and are willing to help out someone in need and me my sleeping babies are SO grateful for this Angels in disguise.
Bless you 🙏🏼 all for helping a sister out.

If you order food at the Arby’s, make sure to check each burger/sandwich before you take it to go. Just paid $15 for the brisket sandwich and the only thing on it was meat.
Might want to just go somewhere else.
