Lowes has become Hone Depot with no instore stock. I shopped Lowes for the purpose of taking home with me. Not no more. Absolutely horrible! I don't want delivery I want to take it with me.

customer service has really gone down hill, store reset outside is a maze and frustrating to find items, Isles are narrow and full of carts.

If you call to check delivery hours, make sure to ask if need appointments. They so stupid, they don't tell you. ( you need appointments to make the delivery)

Lowe's is fantastic. We bought flooring most recently. The guy in flooring was very helpful. Answered every question we had.
Their customer service is SUPERB.
