Worst customer service in Roseburg that I’ve ever experienced in my life. Can’t get my order or delivery right. Tried to take away my discounts that they gave me from the hassle of their mess up, all because i was not happy with a product that did not work right, that I wanted to return. Once my washer and dryer are paid off I will not be returning for big purchases. Management runs the other way when they don’t want to deal with you and pretend to be in meetings. Never returning calls.

Ordered three exterior doors in April, waited two months with no communication to find out the order hadn't been placed. August the doors arrive but two had to be sent back due to incorrect measurements. Not a problem, things happen. I couldn't get anyone to confirm that the second order had been placed (I called the store every 1-2 weeks). Two months pass and the doors hadn't been re-ordered (second time). They sent out a person to re-measure in late October. I cancelled the order for the remaining two doors. Super frustrating as I called every week to confirm the re-order had been placed and never got a call back. Would give zero stars.

For awhile now they(Lowes) have had no checkout with workers behind the checkouts. Only self checkout. I will not use these, as I like the interactive with a human face. One that receives a paycheck. If their not available I will leave without purchasing items.

I love Lowe’s, everyone who works there is so nice, and helpful. I went to get paint and Jorden was there to help. She was helpful when I needed help picking out a white and answered my questions.

David F went above and beyond helping us with getting our Veterans discount and also fixing some confusion made by someone at Keizer Lowe’s using a Genesis system. The way that was entered did not generate a receipt but David F from Roseburg helped us get our receipt. Thank You David

I've always been happy with lowes but this last year I have ran into multiple problems. But yesterday and today is just ridiculous. I called yesterday to find out if we could pick up our bathtub on Saturday because we got an email saying the order would be canceled if we didn't get it today. Pretty simple right? First call I was put on hold for 28 minutes. Finally just hung up and called again. Was put on hold, transferred to wrong departments, asked for a manager, they didn't answer and after 25 minutes I finally got someone who could answer my question. Almost an hour just to find out if my tub would be there. So here it is Saturday. We waited 30 minutes at the curbside pickup when a lady asked how long we had been waiting. She said she was on lunch and someone should have gotten it. 20 minutes later she tells us it ready and to pull around by the exit. We get there blocking the rd for prob 5 minutes. She comes out and asked if bought a range? I said no a bathtub. So she had grabbed the wrong item. So my wife is in with her. I'm currently still in the parking lot after an hour if waiting. I'm really starting to think about shopping around more because I'm getting tired of lowes.

Good AC. Bathrooms and water fountains. Free Wifi and coffee. Big parking lot.I have never purchased anything from Lowes because I am poor. But I go to this one often for the reasons I listed above.

Stopped in for a training toilet seat for my 3 year old. They had one left at a decent price so we grabbed it and checked ourselves out. Quick and easy trip. Pretty good Lowes to grab what you need in Roseburg

I received excellent customer service from a man named Joe. We were buying red pavers for a yard project. And he seen that we were trying to lift them to put on a cart. I had just had surgery on my hand and my husband's back has issues. Joe saw us struggling and asked if we needed some help. He loaded our pavers onto the cart and I asked if he could assist us when we went through check out. He said, no problem, just have the person at the register page him and he would be there as soon as he finished up with what he was doing. They paged him and within a few minutes he was there to help us.He is the right person to be working at Lowe's.THANK YOU, Joe in The Garden Center of LOWE'S! ❤️ You are an excellent employee!

Lowe's is a very uneventful experience. Help is scare and knowledge of products is very minimal. Website is very inaccurate as to the inventory of the chosen store location.

I have shopped here for several years, They are always very efficient places is very clean, and the staff is actually very helpful. Today. Norm helped me with my keys and a couple of other items I got today. I will definitely recommend Lowe's and I will come back again.

We wanted to buy blinds for our back deck. We found what we wanted online and they sell them at Lowe’s. We went to the store to order them and there was no one in the store who could help us. We were told to come back in two days when a manager would be there could probably take our order. So we went back in two days and we were told there was no one there who could help us. The manager was scheduled to work that day but was probably on his lunch hour. So we left yet again without ordering the blinds. Now we’re looking to see where else we could go since it doesn’t seem like Lowe’s is willing to work with us.

Normally I shop at Home Depot but I think Lowes finally changed my mind. They carry way more options than home depot does now. The online pickup was the easiest I've ever done and the staff was super nice. I think I'm convinced.

I went there looking for 2 rolls of 100' black pvc 160psi well tubbing. Asked about it, and the guys said they had 10 in stock, but no one could find them. Ended up finding one roll at Home Depot, but they couldn't find the other six rolls that their computer said they had. All the employees at both stores tried very hard to accommodate us, so that was cool.
