Avoid Nicole at all cost! Nicole is incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional! The other staff apologized for her behavior on her behalf but I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone. The whole time she gossiped and talked poorly about about friends and family of mine.

I got a gel mani/pedi from Melisa S. and she did an amazing job!! Very much paid attention to boarders, glitter that poked out that needed filed, and gave a great message with lotion for both my arms and legs/feet. I was recommended by my regular beautician because she couldn't get me in. And Melisa was such an excellent recommendation that my regular one said she wouldn't be offended if I wanted to keep going to her. And any woman that gets services often knows that you just don't "cheat" on your regular beautician. She was super friendly, meticulous, and friendly. I am so pleased! I would be honored if she takes me on as a regular! Thank you so much Melisa S!

My husband I got our haircuts from Nicole about 10 days ago. She listened all our requests carefully, took a lot of time to make it perfect. English is not my first language, so we had a little miss communication but she tried to understand very kindly. She is talented, has 13 year experience too.

Kris does my pedicures here. It's not a "spa experience" but it gets the job done. She also done facials, eyebrow waxing and nails. The girls working there seem friendly and is usually cool. I don't notice overwhelming fumes from nail and hair treatments.

This place is an effing joke! I made appointments for my mother and me (cut and style for her, nails for me) for her birthday WEEKS in advance. When we went to our appointments, ON HER BIRTHDAY, we waited forever to even be acknowledged, and when we finally were, the woman told us that she was doubled booked and wouldn't be able to do Mom's appointment, and gave only a half- hearted "sorry" with a shoulder shrug. She made no attempt to try to rectify the situation or even offer to reschedule, but tried to blame another employee for messing up her schedule, that she was apparently too ignorant to properly check. We waited for my nail tech, but when she was 15 minutes past our scheduled appointment time and never showed, we left. I told the woman who should have done Mom's hair that we were leaving and she just said an insincere "Oh, well. Sorry." B****, you effing should be sorry. your customer service is terrible. I'll enjoy the day this place goes out of business.
