I had a storage unit here in North Roseburg old hwy 99 for a couple years and I gotta say the managers here are very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely readily willing and able to help a person out. I would recommend this place.

I had called to see about a storage unit, the number is just a call service. So, I verified they had a unit and said I’d rather set it up in person. I was warmly greeted by Colette and Jeff. We discussed the units available and the pros and cons of the locations. They really know their property. Setting up the account was easy, and they were engaging while going through the process. Colette gave me the price and it didn’t include the 1st month free offer I had received on the phone. She quickly set it up without any issues. The property is neat and clean. Glad I chose this location to store my stuff!

On site management is great. Units are clean, however they are over priced for the region.

They were extremely friendly and very helpful, 10/10 would recommend to everyone. Jeff helped my husband with the gate code and getting situated with the storage unit.

Stopped in to help out a family member move a trailer. Jeff and Colette were wonderful! Jeff was a big help with getting the trailer set up to move when he had no obligation to help us. Just an overall nice guy. Very personal service with these folks. Beautiful facility as well. Highly recommend!

I was in a pinch, came in from out of state with a full moving truck and needed a SECURE storage facility to store my junk.. lol
They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Within 15 minutes or so I was unloading! Super great people!! Thank you!
