Location is great, quiet and clean. Units are spacious, I like that mine has 2 doors, swinging out rather than up.
Customer.sevice is out of state but friendly.
Gate not 24 hours like advertised and rent has been raised several times in just few years.

Everyone I have spoken with at Masterkey have been pleasant and super helpful.
Unit was clean and easy to access. Definitely would recommend.
Wasn’t too happy about the rent increase after 6 months but aside from that it’s great.

Clean and secure facility in an area of town that's easy to access with a truck and trailer or large u-haul. Customer service was easy to work with and initial set up of account was quick and easy making it good for someone needing to get things in storage at short notice.

Extra kind and helpful to me because of my decline from a stroke . Treated with respect and patience. Only negative is constant increase in monthly rent.

Great customer service helped with my gate code on the weekend which was very nice moved her from 8 hours away and thought I was gonna be late with U-Haul return but they answered the phone and helped me appreciate the business
