“This is the best pharmacy! They are so courteous, efficient, fast, and reordering is a snap. I have used them for years and there has never been a screw up or problem unlike some of the regular pharmacies I have to use for other types of meds. One my cats was getting a compounded medicine for a while, and when they found out that she had passed, I even received a sympathy card from them. I was so surprised and touched. I wish more pharmacies operated in such a fashion.”

“Great customer service from employee Dina at checkout !! She goes above and beyond helping patrons by keeping up to date with the latest sales. It was truly wonderful to see her help a fellow customer save money. She also made sure that our items were priced and discounted appropriately as well. This store is always clean, I see the usual staff members stocking produce. They are also friendly and ask if I need any help. I always clip coupons through my app on Wednesdays when the weekly ads start over and it's a great way to save more money. Thank you Dina for making a huge difference for everyone, we appreciate you!!”

I've called while emotional and they wait for me every time. I've gone in sickly and a bit out of it and every one is always really understanding. Genoa has genuinely made medications easy for me.”

“They try real hard good customer service. They lack in insurance billing I have to deal with that every time I go in. Of you have more than 1 insurance it gets hard for them don't know why. Hopefully they improve there.”

“Here's one, bought lots of paint at Bi-Mart over the past 25 years. Seems paint brand we used buy wasn't there anymore. Looked all over town, no luck. Back to Bi-Mart (lowest price for what we needed) bought other brand.
Get this, associate said same exact paint ! Same name, same formula, just new brand that bought the other brand out !
So now I have to paint.”
