The new pricer for the used clothing is completely out of touch. It’s bad when you can shop at the local Goodwill for a fraction of the price. Sunrise up the street also has much better prices. If it’s a name brand item they usually price it at $25-$50! Get real Salvation Army. I realize that you are a charity but how long do these things sit on a rack stagnant?

The manager, captain Edith was very rude and yelled at my friend who is an elderly woman ,disabled, in a wheelchair with a service animal. The other staff members are friendly and helpful, but the manager is a very rude and verbally abusive person. I'm shocked that salvation army would employ such an individual.

I can't remember the managers name, but she was totally out of line when she made my service animal and I leave her store. She said my service dog was not considered a service dog due to the fact that it's for my mental health and my well-being. I truly believe that she was just judging me by my appearance as my hair was extremely windblown because of the heat and having my windows down in my car. I feel completely discriminated against, and I will never look at that store again as for helping people. I mean, isn't that what they stand for? This lady was completely rude about it, as well. I almost started crying right there in the store. She made me feel really unwanted, and I took it very personally. I do not recommend this place for the disabled who are seeking help. This is not the right place. Their hearts are in it for the wrong reasons. I did actually cry when I left, and I don't feel like I deserved to be treated like that, especially in public, where I was humiliated on top of the emotional side of it all. I will find out her name and post it later on. Thank you for reading this, I pray it never happens to you. Thanks again! This is my service animal, by the way. Who is the very best, well-behaved fur baby/ service animal. The managers name is Shelby. Shelby could've been more professional and didn't have to come at me so cruel. She could've shown a little compassion and maybe a little empathy, as well. Besides her being my service animal, it's like 90 degrees outside. And, she wants me to leave my dog in the car. Says a lot about a person.

This used to be my favorite thrift store in Roseburg -packed with lots of great treasures as long as you were willing to search carefully. However now, there must be a new manager or something, because it's sparce, having way less shelving, racks, etc for items to sell. The prices are ridiculously high for a thrift store. Some of the used items I could easily buy new at the local Walmart for less! I didn't see any of the friendly employees that I was used to seeing there either. I gave it a few visits after the change in hopes the merchandising and pricing would return to something even close to its former greatness, but now I don't bother to go anymore because it's just not worth my time.

The cause is good but the prices on their nicer clothing stinks. The new pricers they have are out of touch with reality. It's pretty bad when they outprice Goodwill. Too many other great choices in town.

They're struggling to find volunteers but still have great prices and kind workers. It's always our first stop when shopping.

We found this place on yelp. We came here it's a little small. We were able to get a few good finds. My son found two pairs of pants for a great price with no tax. The person working there gave my 4 your old a free cartoon bag. Great customer service and some good finds.

Great thrifting experience. The new floor plan makes it so much easier to get around the store.

An actual thrift store that helps those in need. Most have disappeared or let greed undermine integrity. There is a couple places that are also legit and these guys are one of em for sure.
