Husband and I went there to possibly adopt a female middle-aged dog that was up for adoption. We went in there and asked to see the dog we were interested in. We were told that that dog does not like any other dogs. But we still wanted to look at her. We were told that she was returned from a foster home a few days earlier because of this. That young lady went and found the co-worker that the dog only likes. That young lady came out and talked to my husband and stated that this dog just got fixed a week ago and she does not need to be excited and pull her stitches. My husband confronted them stating that the other girl stated that she was just returned because of some "getting along" issues with other dogs. The second girl changed her story to fit the first lady. Which was a complete lie. Both of the employees/volunteers were very standoffish after they found out which dog we wanted to see. They were definitely hiding something.

very very poor....I went to adopt another dog after my dog passed away... I insisted that I be not shown any pit bulls or any terriers they said we have the perfect dog for you, I AM 100% DISABLED WITH MAJOR DEPRESSION AND PTSD VETERAN 100 % service connected disabled, I insisted I get a mellow/kind dog they claimed "Snickers" was not a terrier yet when I went to the VET they said oh a pit bull mix I said what? and they said this is a pit bull mix dog... this I know now because he attacks me unprovoked, I have bite wounds all over my body from the last 4 months of owning this dog at this point I am attached to him I can not just let him go, I have to fear him now and I do but also I love him I am attached already, to let him go now would severely effect my disability and quality of life I am alone in the world due to the severity of my disability all the company I can keep is a dog or a cat... I lost trust for humans when I was attacked brutally when I served in the Army... by our own people/friendly fire...what do I do now I am attached to this dog even though I fear him. they did not tell me his history even though I asked they insisted they did not know why he was surrendered to them but when I called to complain that the dog keeps biting me they finally admitted that he was brought in because he is too aggressive and bites. they also did not tell me until today when I called that he came from a house with other dogs or that he came from a mostly female home, I am a male he does not trust me he trusts females that's why he runs away to the neighbors house there are females there and they have several dogs.case in point: these people at SAVING GRACE ADOPTION CENTER are just IDIOTS who do nothing but peddle animals to lonely people, they take advantage of our golden hearts... all for a profit.....I will not return to them ever again, the next dog I will get will be off of Craigs list or the internet from ordinary folks and I will seek out a puppy that has no history... or lies about their history... the last dog I had adopted back in 2018 passed this last June 29th (11years 3 months) was in terrible shape he had gaping holes in this side big holes where skin and hair were gone open wounds 10 of them throughout his body he had a huge lipoma in his groin area he was in horrible shape when I got Mumu (Cesar the name he came with) I saved Mumu's life by adopting him and getting him away from those jerks that use animals and the fact of human loneliness etc... to make money to suck money from the community in the forms of donations..etc. they deserve nothing at all but condemnation for their disregard and disrespect.. they WAREHOUSE ANIMALS TO BE SOLD only !!!!you the community deserve to know the truth about this organization........AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN or be a blessed soul and adopt but BEWARE! BE AWARE!Namaskar, blessings to all

Some ppl are friendly but there are quite of unfriendly volunteers too. And the reason I give a 1 star is because they had me pay $200 for the dog I got just to take him home and find out he has worms I mean how can they seriusly not know that? And then they also told me the dog was potty trained but guess what HE WAS NOT! “Potty trained “

The first dog I chose really wasn't for my family but when I spoke with a handler in there she assisted me towards the dog that worked with her family very well and she is now settling and thank you.

I adopted a small senior dog. I was not informed of her health issues. I took her to my veterinarian and she informed me that my little dog has mammary cancer, severe dental issues and a growth on her back and she also needs to be spayed. When I informed saving grace they said that their vet will only spay

These people are so great. It's like adopting a pet from a family member. They try their best to find a great deal for, because they just wanna find a home for their animals. Go there, you'll see.

A good place to find a new friend companion has dogs, cats, and miscellaneous animals. You can go check them out almost any time now. Nice facility friendly people there's usually a large selection of animals for adoption and a minimal adoption fee.
