Bought my daughter shoes that were $67 and tried returning them 13 days after purchase and there was light dirt on the bottom and I mean the lightest amount from wearing them before she told me they were uncomfy and to small. A total of a hour with them on. Tried retuning them and without hardly looking she told me they could not take them. Not very nice lady either unfortunately. Bad experience will not be going here to purchase shoes again.

Bad service, and when I did get my shoes I was given shoes made on completely different dates with mismatched shoe laces. Save yourself the trouble and money, buy online, or literally anywhere else.

Shoe selection is nice, but the staff is the absolute worst I've ever had. I was sold 2 right shoes and went back to get a left one. I kindly told them I understood the shoes weren't refundable because they were on clearance, but I just need to exchange one right for one left. The two girls who were there were extremely rude and condescending about it. Will not be returning to this store.

Good prices and selection, my only complaint is the cashier looked like she was 12, had her belly button piercing showing, not appropriate for the frontline of the store, to top it off, she never looked me in the eyes and said “hello, how are you?” Just started ringing me up, then said in a rude as voice-“these are on sale and not returnable, is that ok? Just ZERO customer service. ZERO… cashiers should always have a smile on their faces….sad….

Walked in to look for a specific pair of sneakers and the place was so cluttered I couldnt find them on the shelf. When I went to the front to ask the 3 associates one of them said they dont carry them sharply and then proceeded to tell me I wont be able to find them anywhere in town no matter where I looked. I was taken aback as it was kinda rude and unexpected. I just wanted to see the inventory not be given a talk about product availability in town as if my searching is d*** in the first place. The associates were so cold and rude in that moment I didnt bother looking for an alternative pair and left. Will likely never be back.

This was my first time shopping here and unfortunately, it will be my last. I was shopping around and I found a pair of shoes that I loved. There was only one shoe in the box (many of the shoes in this store only had one shoe in the box). I went up to the counter to check out and the associate went into the back of the store to get the other shoe. At this point, I had already swiped my credit card. The associate along with another associate were unable to find the matching shoe. It was so disappointing. This store needs to do better inventory control to make sure that they have complete pairs in stock! The employees were friendly but due to this problem, I will not be back. They lost a future customer and a sale. I have decided to shop online elsewhere to purchase shoes.
