Employee very courteous and professional.
The computer would not allow him to accept equipment from me, so I wasted time that was unnecessary. The woman I spoke to on the phone should have told me not to go to the store.

Internet service was always fine, had to reset the router often, but the customer service is borderline incomprehensible. When canceling my account due to moving I was told by the representative that I would be prorated for the cycle of time that I had already paid for. When I saw a pending charge on my account the next month I called and a different representative told me it was because I hadn't turned in the equipment used yet, and that it wouldn't come out of my account. When it processed and I called AGAIN to ask why they finally told me it was because I canceled my account 5 days into the billing cycle and they DO NOT prorate. I explained to them that I had been told differently by two different reps and that it was unacceptable and of course got a standard "I dont know why they would tell you that, theres nothing we can do." So even when MULTIPLE reps tell you that you can be prorated on services paid for that were not used DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Service is spotty, getting a new phone or replacement phone is way more complicated than necessary. I’ve been with spectrum for 2 years. When my phone broke it was an absolute nightmare. They wouldn’t let me pay cash for a new phone. Then wouldn’t let me get a phone at all because my ID expired that day. The girl at the store was super rude about it for no reason. My ID expired the day before, not sure why that would matter if I’m paying cash.
The service is very spotty for the last year. Ill have full bars and nothing will load and text messages wont send. Call quality sucks too. This is right in the middle of town.
Right now I’m trying to upgrade my phone online 6 months after the last problem and it wont give me a trade in value on my iPhone 15 pro max without paying it half off. I just need the trade in value. I try the chat bar and you can not get anyone live on the app. Now I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes and still no answer. It’s been nothing but problems with spectrum since we got it.
Our home internet has been down quite a few times. To the point we now have starlink as a backup. When it does work it works decent but some times totally sucks.
I am not a fan of spectrum obviously. 2 years of a total pain in the rear. I miss being with Verizon and just going in to Best Buy and being taken care of.

Spent two trips to the local store, four hours on the phone and a service tech at my house to go from cable TV to streaming TV! They still got it wrong and now I find out that I've been paying for equipment that I no longer have...for over 5 years!

Friendly service. Got two lines switched from two different providers and added internet.. so far calling customer service has been very quick and pleasant, which is very rare for phone/internet providers.. like Xfinity, and Verizon for example

I've had 'em for 5 years now, never no problem, but I live 3 blocks from their office and may have to wait 10-20 mns for service, but always get freindly help and any problems solved. The ACP program hooked me up free for 2 years, and now I'm getting a free phone from them on another Gov.program...hard not to like a place that does that for ya!

The company itself is not the issue. The store here in Roseburg-sucks. Specifically, the rep named Daniel. It seems anytime I have gone in there he has an attitude and "can't" do what I am asking, even when other reps have been able to or I can do it online. Went in to upgrade my phone today and first he said they couldn't take my paper ID. It happened to be in the mail when I got home so I went back. Then he tells me and argues with me that I am not eligible for upgrade. I have just come home and now my new phone will be here in 2 days because I was able to upgrade just fine online. Frustrating I have to wait when there is a store right around the corner from me. This is not the first time he has been like this when I have been in there. If it wasn't for the fact that I get good service and its a decent price I would find a new company to work with honestly.

Had my friend switch from ATT and save over $50.monthly. Good service, friendly knowledgeable staff made the whole thing easy. Didn't even try to sell a new phone. I use them and am very satisfied.

Awful service! Ours went out at least 3-4 times a week. Even when it was “working” it was terrible. I switched to another internet company recently, I’m paying less than half the price of spectrum and getting better service than spectrum. When I called to cancel spectrum, the guy really sat there and tried to tell me all these terrible things about the company I switched to and was trying his hardest to get me to stay with spectrum which definitely wasn’t happening. Then to top it off, spectrum still charged me for a full month of service after I cancelled my service with them because they don’t prorate… I told them I should be refunded the whole month for the terrible service I received and all they said was that’s not the experience they hoped I had and won’t refund me. Don’t waste your money! There are much better internet companies out there!

I've had Spectrum for 3yrs and the service is horrible! If I had any service for half the time I've had a lot. I'm usually using what my phone calls "lite"! When I try to scan for speed my antivirus says I don't have internet!!! I'm supposed to have the government credit of $30 per month but they're forcing me to pay it now. I'm done fighting for service and I begged for a new wi-fi modem for a year and a half.I'm done so adios.
