We needed help switching our phones over to Spectrum. The staff were very helpful. They set up a new phone for us and they switched over our other phone. They were nice and patient. We were in and out of the store in about 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend going here for great phone service.

I’m moving into a new house. I accepted a 5-6pm appointment for a new hookup which I thought was a little late but they swore they could get it done. I waited forever. They finally showed up at 7:15pm saying it was too late to do it but that they could reschedule for 1 maybe 2 days out at the latest. I explain to him that I need the Wi-Fi for my business and I can’t wait too long to get hooked up. I have to be out of my previous home in a couple days. He reassured me it would be fine. Minutes later I overhear the same tech on the phone saying that I didn’t want them there that late and that I was telling them to leave and reschedule. Lying! Instead of one possibly two days they moved me to the bottom of the list and now I have to wait another week! I called and complained, pleaded my case to get a sooner install to have Wi-Fi for my business. After talking to three different people and getting nothing but apologies with no remedy, I finally realized this is how this company operates. Completely unprofessional and patronizing. I’m looking into other sources for high speed Internet as we speak.

It’s really hard to have positive comments about a company when they make no efforts to improve your experience with them.This isn’t aimed directly at this store- but the company as a whole.When frustration over poor service was solved by switching companies, neither of the customer service reps that I spoke with was willing to help me with 10year old equipment that I had to replace and didn’t return to them. First of all- they should’ve made efforts to replace my equipment within those ten years. They know it doesn’t last. That would definitely be worth another star-Some initiative to improve a customers experience.Second- when I did go to turn in the old (literally melted) modem and asked if they’d be willing to help me out a little on the router I didn’t have, his curt “No” was rather abrasive. If he had simply rephrased his statement with “I’m sorry, that’s not something I have authority to do in my store, you’ll need to call this number…”I understand if you don’t have authority for something, but HOW you say something matters.Also, it’s pretty stupid that I have to pay $$ for a piece of old, out dated equipment I more than already paid for just because I didn’t bring it back in for you.

Excellent customer support and service! Our home needed a new service line brought to the house which required hours of labor by the Spectrum installer. His name is Brandon. He is very professional, polite and willing to go the extra mile!! What a hard working guy. He made sure the modem and router equipment were placed in our desired location. This required Brandon to crawl under our house to pull the wire which doesn’t have a lot of space! This guy needs a raise! Thank you Spectrum for being so professional from the first call to installation. We love our service.

Nice enough people , We made an appointment for new phones they confirmed an appointment but did not actually have the phones. They will have them mailed to us although I could have done that myself from home. Told I could have held at fed ex hub ( sig. Req.) That is not true. You can not change until attempted delivery fails.

Spectrum has given me the worst customer support experience I've ever seen. I followed all the instructions, provided documents and scanned ID. The form on their website gives a red error with no details. After much wasted time I'll be without internet for Christmas and am expected to drive two hours in order for my dad to take over the account when I move. They are entirely incompetent and I don't understand how they are still in business.The internet works fine, but that's the infrastructure of the area. The company and support deserves zero stars.

I don’t think I need to say much. Also not sure what her name is, but the lady at your customer service center, is rude as hell. Don’t tell me you know what I can afford, and act like you know me. Your company is awful, and my service will be changing next week.
