I've had Spectrum for 3yrs and the service is horrible! If I had any service for half the time I've had a lot. I'm usually using what my phone calls "lite"! When I try to scan for speed my antivirus says I don't have internet!!! I'm supposed to have the government credit of $30 per month but they're forcing me to pay it now. I'm done fighting for service and I begged for a new wi-fi modem for a year and a half.I'm done so adios.

Terrible would not recommend especially if your a gamer, internet goes out very frequently and for HOURS at a time with delays getting stacked on and customer service really doesint care and that's if they answer at all, they don't offer anything for the inconvenience just take you money and tell you your screwed. I pay a lot of money for interent all month if i can't use my internet all month I should be having to pay less money.

The employees are rude. Takes minimum of 5 full minutes to be acknowledged after checking in on computer even when no other customers are present. I will not do business with them in person at all anymore.

Really wish the service was better. I have not gotten any rude workers like some were stating but I will say there is super frequent outages and they don't even give you an accurate time that it will be restored by. They will say 4 hours out and then change it every 10 minutes. Then it will be fixed sometimes in 40 minutes. Not to mention this is the 3rd morning in a row our internet has been out and its said "Expected to be restored by 1:30pm"

A horrible company, especially for a rural area. Their advertising is a lie, then when you talk to them they do this switch from nice person to aggressive salesman that will tell you anything to get you to buy one of their rip off package deals, trying to convince you that their "bundles" are a better deal than basic service, which is an outright lie to get you to spend more money. Then they will change how much they are charging, but you will not find out until you receive the bill. They are a horrible greedy plague that does not deserve anyone's money.

I was in the store yesterday and was purchasing a phone. I chose the the samsung flip phone and asked if i could check it out and he advised me that the one on display cant be used and they do not have one in the back that can be used to see so customers can preview it first to buy it like the rest of the phones on display. He ran the credit card and then advised me he could not transfer my old phones content to my new p hone because my old phone has to be at least 50% charged. He said he did not have a charger. His attitude was like he was irritated that we came in. They obviously to care about customer service or about selling their products. They don't even deserve 1 star in my opinion.

We needed help switching our phones over to Spectrum. The staff were very helpful. They set up a new phone for us and they switched over our other phone. They were nice and patient. We were in and out of the store in about 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend going here for great phone service.
