Intentional Death trap Fire hazard shopping here!
Only way to exit the building in a hurry is to go through their intentionally built impulse purchase maze, that blocks the exit.
A few days ago you were able to enter and exit the building through the main door in the front, however, now due to the brilliant changes that corporate has decided , that is no longer the case. If there's a fire in the building and you need to leave in a hurry, you're going to have to wind your way through the intentionally long impulse buy maze, in order to leave.
I would like to stress that all the employees that work at this location here are not only friendly but extremely helpful as well.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I had an amazon return and it was very simple. In addition they gave a discount on my in store purchase saving me times & $ on a gift I was purchasing for a friend's birthday. They also have a good selection of some essential household products, easy store hours, and in incentive program that's simple with just your phone#.

I recently went here to get my remote desk and chair since I just started working from home, and from the moment I started trying out chairs and looking at desks a very friendly rep advised me of the current offer that If I buy an office chair, I get 20% off of a desk. When I went back a week later, I had very friendly staff who helped check if the items I wanted were in stock and even helped me with downloading the Staples App and showed me on how to sign up for the app and also how to maximize earning points. The cashier was also very helpful and the sales guy helped me bring out the items to the car and helped me load them. Great service and I will definitely recommend friends and family here! Keep up the good work Roseburg Staples! ???

Walked in and I have a backpack. Because I don’t have a car. So I use my backpack to carry items that I purchase. But the instant judgement and assumptions are ridiculous. If you saw my backpack, you’d see it’s practically impossible to steal things and put them in my backpack without being completely obvious. So the fact he wouldn’t allow me in unless I left my backpack up front. (Which had valuables in it as I’ve been Christmas shopping) is a little ridiculous. No money from me..

Today, I needed 320 copies. 160 copies collated 2 pages. The youngman helped me and was so very kind and patient. You could really tell he cared about helping people. I watched him help 5 others with running the copy machines. He helped every single person with kindness and caring. I wish I could remember his name. The other guy was busy helping others and was just as kind. It might cost a little more at staples but the customer service is well worth it. Thumbs up ?.
