OK I was just gonna say I didn't get the managers name because I didn't want to be awkwardly trying to read her name tag while we were talking...but she went waaay above and beyond to save my butt when I was in a very tight spot. Super friendly but beyond that professional and on top of it when helping me find the best solution to my towing problem. I'm really grateful and feel very well taken care of. Thanks! Give this woman a raise and a promotion. Here's a photo.

The computer system was down upon arrival, the associate who was extremely helpful, got my reservation all checked in on the back up system and made it happen!! I am very grateful and happy with the amazing customer service I received from the assistant general manager (Alyssa I believe?) you don’t get good service very often and she did absolutely wonderful!

After a confusing online trailer rental experience, I called and talked to Michelle, she answered all of my questions and made me feel good about choosing U haul. Michelle was able to quickly repair the trailer plug built into my car prior to renting. The trailer I rented was clean. Michelle helped me again by flipping the ball on my hitch to make the trailer more level. My 4th interaction with Michelle was a fast and efficient trailer return. You guys have a wonderful employee and I hope you pay her well! She is an excellent representative!

Absolutely worst uhual. Made reservation wouldn't let me use the truck told them I was coming back with another truck that would work they said that was fine and then rented the trailer to someone else in the 20 minutes it took to get the other truck. Will never use this uhual place again.

I can't say enough good about this uhaul. The employees were all very helpful and nice. The rate was acceptable. I had a new Silverado for almost a month and I loved it. I accidentally left a couple shopping bags in it when I turned the truck in and they not only found them, but held on to them for me to pick up. I thought they were gone, but they saved them for me. If I need to rent a vehicle again, I will DEFINITELY go back here. The rates are HALF the price of enterprise for a week!

I was a bit uniformed we lost the key to the u haul thank goodness that I had my family to help me I had to pay quite a lot for the lost keh so its worth the road side assistance

This is the most stupid thing I have ever heard! Uhaul will allow you to pull a Uhaul enclosed trailer with their competitors rental truck, but they won't allow you to pull a Uhaul car hauler trailer with their competitors truck! They said it's a safety factor??? So if it's a safety factor for one of Uhaul's trailer isn't it for all?

The last time I was here I actually had a great experience but the time before that was not so good, I'll explain why. I was in a hurry because I needed to get to a store that was closing down for good before they closed for the day since I had bought a bunch of display cases already and needed to move them. I called u-haul ahead of time and told them what I needed and how I was in a hurry. They quoted me a price and I went down to their store front. When I got there there were two people at the front desk who were both new and didn't really know what they were doing. First off they took forever, then they tried to charge me about triple the price I was quoted over the phone, and they had a hard time telling me how to fill out the paperwork. Now I get it they were new so I'm not faulting them per-se. I'm faulting the eployee who trained them, whome I saw one of the new employees reach out to for assistance and the guy pretty much blew off the new employees saying "well, figure it out". Thanks dude.

Retired Business Consultant here. I am acutely aware of quality - and especially crappy service. Blew an engine halfway from Washington to CA in Roseburg, OR and needed serious help extracting myself from my dilemma. Tylynn & Kyle were real pro's and knew the answer to all my questions and knew what options that were actually available to me. Very professional, astute, and helpful. I honestly think they cared!Very nice to occasionally run across such quality service!! 5 star folks.
