The people they have running this facility are rude if you let them know you don’t appreciate their attitude they will hang up on you if you call to make a payment during their business hours they very seldomly answer the phone I will be moving my stuff to a different location and I suggest anybody thinking of using this location goes somewhere else

That new girl Cynthia is so rude. I understand that I needed to clean the rest of my unit up but what made me so mad was the kind of attitude she had about it. It would have been no issue for me to have cleaned out the unit. I cleaned it out as soon as I heard her voicemail, but the demeanor and attitude she had was extremely rude. When I came to empty the unit the rest of the way...I went to the office to fill the form out that I was done with the unit but the door was locked. She came out saying "can I help you" so rude with hand waxing around with an attitude. Whatever happened to Jason. He would never treat people like that. She was extremely rude to me for no reason.

27 December 2021: The snow made the mechanical gate not work, so I wasn't able to get my vehicle in, but Cynthia was wonderful and helped me get the little amount of stuff I needed to be put in storage by taking it through the main office and putting it on a small go-cart. We managed to get everything in. Thank you for the help! If I could have waited another day, I would have. ?
