They charged me $5 to return an Amazon purchase. Then they lost the package. I tried to call but they didn't answer the phone. I received a long receipt but didn't examine it before leaving. My bad to trust they did it correctly. After calling Amazon they gave me credit for the return but no idea what happened to the package. Amazon A+, UPS store -F.

Well first of all theyâre always busy but always well staffed. It doesnât ever take a ridiculous amount of time, theyâre always very helpful. Karrie helped me and sheâs fun and energetic and helpful.

The customer service was excellent !
Although they were busy when I walked in , they were very pleasant . They welcomed people coming in and took care of every customer with great customer service !

Was charged $2.50 for them to print out the shipping info other then that service was ok I don't know why I was charged when I normally just scan and drop it off

Brought in an Amazon package to be returned and wasnât offered a receipt and I failed to ask for one. When I called the store the gal told me that the truck was there to pick up all packages and to wait until after 7:00pm to check on the return. Iâve gotten no notification my package has been picked up. Am I out of a refund and did an employee get the shoes I was returning?

While I was there, I needed copies made of marketing materials for work. I believe his name was James, the office manager, who helped me. Shortly after, 10+ customers arrived and formed a line. James while helping me and got the printer going, simultaneously assisted the other customers as well as the other team members to help take care of everyone. In the time I was there, I have no doubt why he is the manager. He was extremely friendly and helpful to everyone who entered the store!
