The team at the Roseburg UPS Store have always provided top tier and exceptional customer service. Last week and yesterday they went above and beyond locating a package for me. Casey did the research, looked in all the places and found my package. Not only did he and the other team members put effort into finding it, but Casey went above and beyond to reach me so that I knew it was found. This team works hard, is always friendly and provide outstanding customer service, even when they have a store full of customers. I highly recommend them for shipping, receiving, printing and other related things, they really are awesome!

Literally laughing at customers who didn’t pre-prepackage their items. Didn’t offer to package for them, they had to ask. How in the world are they in business? Terrible customer service and sales.

This is an amazing store, Great employees. Every visit has been enjoyable, very professional with great service. My last shipment had a address number mix up, which was going to another state priority. I called to get error fixed spoke with James he was right on top of it, he got everything straightened out,error was fixed, package was delivered. Thank you James for your help you’re awesome at your job.

This UPS Store is very similar to others I have been in. We don't have a mailbox anymore but still seem to need to use UPS Store services quite often. Service is excellent. They are all very knowledgeable about how to do all the jobs and get it done quickly and well. Prices are good for the jobs. I don't know about mailbox prices-though, the one we had last in another state seemed high. I definitely recommend this UPS Store and will go back.

Notary public extremely rude and condescending Also seemed incompetent. There were three employees. We were the only ones in line. Still had to wait 20 minutes.

Apparently customer service isn't their thing. The employee, whose name starts with a J, did not like that I asked why they wanted my phone number. Yes, I don't use UPS because I rarely ship things. After my question, the conversation went downhill and she told me how rude I was. I let my wife finish the transaction, I didn't say another word until the end of the transaction because she was threatening to not ship our package. During the transaction with my wife, the employee huffed and shook her head in dismay. After we finished, I grabbed a business card and asked if that was the manager's name on the card. Again, she told me how rude I was. I asked her name, she gave it to me, and told me she was going to recommend that the manager ban me from the store. Then, after being quiet, I told her she was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I would be fine with a ban as I've only used them twice in my 14 years living here. Guess I'll start using the USPS again. I might be getting old, but some of the youth have no idea what customer service is.

These folk deal with volume! I mean, a LOT of volume. I do business there weekly and there are always piles of boxes and lines of people, all waiting for the next phase of the adventure. I'm amazed they never seem to mess it up. I mean, every package I've sent in the past two years has gotten where it was supposed to go and in a reasonable amount of time. That's pretty great. I even shipped an odd size witch's broom to my daughter; the team found a shipping box that almost fit, then cut it to size for me--at a reasonable price. I will say that shipping ended up costing more than the broom, which is kind of funny, but I didn't trust that broom to fly unescorted or arrive by deadline. Brooms can be willful sometimes, you know. So I paid. The UPS lads worked their magic and it all happened as it was meant to. The broom now hangs on my daughter's wall. At least when we're looking...
