I am so glad the young gentleman in US Bank, no long seen in the US Bank, Garden Valley branch. I hope he got fired from job already. He acts like a tyrant!

Why would anyone use wire transfers anymore? It's like faxing vs. Scanning nowadays. After a week of run around from US Bank I get an appointment to wire money and then told I don't have proper ID because I'd recently submitted for a "real ID" through DMV so I could fly, and only had the other which was not expired but had been punched. Offered to come back in an hour with proper ID and he said he was too busy the rest of the day. This was 10 am. I run my personal and business accounts here, but service is so low and branches are closing each year that it's now worth the hassle to move elsewhere. And I'll simply send my wires in crypto currency, took 5 minutes and didn't have to dance to my banks. There's zero chance the future includes these banks as they are now.

US Bank Garden Valley employees are so absentminded. They treat customers like piece rocks. Too bossy to treat customers. Too much red-tape to follow their demands. I asked question. They careless to figure out their problems. Too much suffer to deal with US Bank Garden Valley branch.

Going inside this branch is always a slow process. They don’t seem to care you have other things to do. 3 customers in line today 4 supposed employees working takes 25 minutes before you make it to the counter, But for some reason if you’re in the drive-through you can get a quick service just not if you have to go in, makes no sense.

Terrible don't waste your time! ATM never works and they don't put a sign out so you waste time trying. They close at 4pm and are soooooo slow waited in line for 30 min 345-415 because limited people can go in and had to just get out of line because it was a joke! If the atm actually would work simple transaction like what I had could have been done in less then 5 min!

Hands Down the best customer service of any bank. Hopefully you have the pleasure of working with Angela Tatom. She goes out of her way to make sure customer's are taken care of. The tellers are extremely efficient and at the same time so friendly. You will not be disappointed banking at this location.

Terrible experience. I know their lobby is closed and they probably laid off some people but there is no reason to have a bank line 22 cars long when I get there that takes 2 hours to get to the window. I'm just trying to pay my rent with a deposit slip. Bad experience.. they also said the other branch is open. So we went there and they are closed. Made me wait even longer.
