I really would not recommend US Cellular. I was a very good customer - paid my bills on time and was planning to stay with Us Cellular Internet. I had to cancel my phone service because service was spotty at my occasional residence, but was going to continue using their internet service in town. I had been given a promotion at the beginning for free router with service on a three-year contract which needed to be paid for if less than 3 yrs. WHILE I’m porting my phone over to Verizon, my home internet suddenly stops working. I spent over two hours w customer service and deduced that they were trying to force me into another 2-3 year contract, which I didn’t want to do. After getting the runaround, I tell the rep that I definitely want to cancel my service because it seems very dishonest. He insists that I pay the final financing charges immediately. The $50 something the company quoted me as my payoff of the router suddenly became $66.60. Bad business decision because I would’ve recommended US Cellular before this happened, but I will never go with them or T-Mobile ever again! Nor recommend them. See?

I went in today ..my phone that I had from another company when I switched to UScellular finally came to an end ..the screen was toast and very difficult to read or even keep from freezing up..I took the pieces in taped together Meg spent hours finding saving and switching my info over..it was not an easy task..some apps were impossible..one app wanted to be sure it was me and asked for my great great grandfather's middle name ..b4 they transfered my info...but she got it done ..3 thumbs up

If I could give this place zero Stars I absolutely would don't waste your time with the help here if you even want to call that help or trying to upgrade or trying to do anything at all you'll only be met with on knowledgeable customer service reps that don't care about their job or the customers and have a terrible attitude do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else

I had an awesome experience here with Chandi I think her name was, my phone broke and I came in for a new one and walked out with a great iPhone 15, the customer service was amazing and she was very informative and helpful and had wonderful conversations while she was setting up my new phone.

They can’t keep this store staffed. Appointments then aren’t honored. Then instead of saying something about the fact that appointments aren’t honored they say “It’s not my problem” . Literally said that to a customer when they complained about having to wait 35min after appointment time. They need to adjust their appointments to match their staff and make their customers time “their problem”!!

I have been with us cell for years and have never felt the need to review. Today Matt took over 3 hours of his time to make sure I was getting the best deal on my bill, to set up the two upgrades and new phone line I needed, did not try to sneakily sway me in any direction but provided honest reviews of products and services. Although it was a long day (as I always plan for in any cell phone store), I ended up walking away with three new phones and accessories, a much cheaper bill than I walked in with, and something awesome for me (and I wasn't getting a new phone). So, fantastic customer service kiddos to Matt for listening to all my rambling and being a really awesome person to deal with (and major props to Brandon too, for answering a bunch of random questions). You made this experience actaully pleasant and my kids extremely happy.
