I have been with us cell for years and have never felt the need to review. Today Matt took over 3 hours of his time to make sure I was getting the best deal on my bill, to set up the two upgrades and new phone line I needed, did not try to sneakily sway me in any direction but provided honest reviews of products and services. Although it was a long day (as I always plan for in any cell phone store), I ended up walking away with three new phones and accessories, a much cheaper bill than I walked in with, and something awesome for me (and I wasn't getting a new phone). So, fantastic customer service kiddos to Matt for listening to all my rambling and being a really awesome person to deal with (and major props to Brandon too, for answering a bunch of random questions). You made this experience actaully pleasant and my kids extremely happy.

Brady and Samantha are so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend you to stop in and talk to them about cell services. I am so pleased with not only them as reps but also with Cellular One as a provider.....5G is amazingly fast and it works all over town all hours unlike other providers.

US Cellular has the worst service! They sent me an email saying they would give me a discount to receive paperless statement. Then I never received a $5 dollar discount. I also never received a paperless bill. I called to find out why and was informed that I was supposed to log into some websites to find my own statement but if I want to pay over the phone it would be an extra $6 . I will be spending tomorrow afternoon switching to TMobile.

DO NOT DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE INCLUDING WITH THERE STORE MANAGER BRADY. I was a current customer with 2 carriers. I choose to keep my US CELLULAR account over my AT&T account, MY WORST MISTAKE EVER! I spent 4 plus hours with there associate Dan Johnson. He told me he was taking care of the activation fees an that my bill would be $75 higher each month, which was fine. HE RIPPED ME OFF COMPLETELY! I requested to move my 2 lines from AT&T to US CELLULAR an he gave me 3 lines on a agreement plan for 30 months, without my knowledge! Now I’m stuck with it. My bill went from $180 monthly to $400 monthly now I’m paying more then I was in the beginning having both accounts. When I contact the store manager explained my situation he told me he would take care of it. HE LIED TOO! HE CONTACTED ME 48 hrs later an claimed there was nothing he could DO OR HELP ME WITH THAT HE COULDN’T change the situation, that I was locked into all 3 lines. NOT TO Mention they said that they were going to take care of all the activation fees, which were added to my bill, also. BAD COMPANY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THERE IN IT FOR THERE PAY CHECKS, THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.
