They keep skipping the san souci addresses for a couple days at a time. She left my package in the middle of my drive way after throwing it out of her van. It's not my fault that they are shortstaffed.They should not treat my property like that. Luckily it wasn't breakable.

Roseburg post office is terrible. They would not help me at all & treated me like I was stupid because my change of address got messed up. The man (Ken) has no business helping people. Federal employees are supposed to be public servants not condemning jerks. If you could only do all your post office business in Winchester they were very very nice & would help if they could

They have time and time again given my mail to the other apartments with the same address but different bldg #. Parcels have been delivered opened without the contents. Packages have showed up six months later. I've lost hundreds of dollars and my good standing on EBay directly because of the P.O.

Every time i order things and we have a sub mail person they never drop off my package they always say it cant fit in the mail box i live in an apartment we have small mailboxes and only 2 big boxes for package so they post to drop it off at the building door but the sub never does then i have to wait for them to find my package to get them

This post office needs to be staffed better. They had one one postal clerk taking care of passports and another taking care of everything else. It took 30 minutes to make it through the line and there were only 3 people ahead of me.

Mail hold requests are a total crapshoot with this post office. They start them early, end them late, and this time, ignored it altogether until the last day.

I don't suggest getting your passport photo here. Staff not very friendly. Not very professional, actually, he had a crap attitude. He wanted me to frown for the picture. And when I wouldn't, he said they wouldn't except the picture. I've read the particulars, a neutral face is what they want. Than he handed me the two pics without an envelope. Kinda rude. Had to ask for one.
Need a passport photo, go the the Walgreens on the corner of NE Garden Valley & NE Stephens St (Hwy99), really nice people, and it's a better deal as they will email you a copy for free.

Had a lost package and lady that was suppose to help me an older lady galres at me when she comes to counter then tells me she will try and locate mail carrier amd call me telling me where it is and I never hear. This is the 5th bad interaction I've had at this office, by far worst post office in the state of oregon

Issues with delivery all the time i have had same thing ordered for years they said I needed a parcel box put it in sometime get delivery some times not they never answer there phone at all.

Carrier left my package OUTSIDE at the wrong address. Someone tried to steal it, got caught and dropped it before running off, damaging the picture frame inside. Went to the post office and all they did was say they'd "talk to whoever delivered it" and told me nothing could be done in person and that I needed to go online.
So I go online and am immediately shut down with the message that nothing can be done there either because it wasn't insured. Insurance shouldn't apply to a carrier who can't even read an address correctly. What a complete joke.

Unbelievable how they treat the main clerk here, Dan. This poor young man is doing his best to help extensive lines down nearly every time I'm in. Yet I see his co workers in the back hiding behind "paperwork" and such while the line is out the door! Get your workers out front where they can help him and not leave him to the wolves EVERY SINGLE DAY. Such selfish managers.

Very very poor work ethic from the mail carriers. I live 1 minute away from the post office, and yet I've been missing mail or not getting anything at all. Been st this address for almost a year, but I filed a change of address just to make sure they knew I was here, and they said my name isn't even in their system.....

Lazy lazy mail carriers! I am disabled I have signs saying please leave at front door and ring bell. I have 2 doorbells on both my front and back doors that's 4 freaking doorbells. I have a ramp a sign of a disabled person's here and they will leave my packages on my trash can in driveway disgusting or on my bottom step at back door why? The sign which is large says front door and has and arrow pointing the way for these illiterate people. Today they left $160.00 in skincare and make up on the bottom step of my backdoor in the sun God only knows when they put it there??? They didn't ring bell it was hot and ruined... I dislike you beyond words you are over paid and usless
