When I got them to answer my call they were very rude to me . Told me to go back to my hometown bank branch.Now I'm worried I won't have anybody that will help me locally

22 people in line, drive up closed!Come on folks, this Is Not good customer service even if you're the only real bank in town.....45 minutes later, still waiting for someone able to do a wire transfer for me. Inexcusable .One hour later, still no one, just sitting here.

I've never had any trouble at this branch - everyone has been friendly, courteous and very helpful. Recently my social security number was compromised. I didn't even realize i'd been hacked until Wells' Fraud Detection department alerted me. I am so grateful. My accounts were immediately put on hold and a new account was set up. Unfortunately I didn't have the new acct # and I needed access so I wouldn't default on bills set up with auto pay. I went to a regular teller window thinking I'd have to wait for an account manager but Jason (you are a wonderful wonderful person, Jason) was able to take care of all of my questions and patiently set me up so I could start my tedious recovery process. I've been a Well Fargo customer for decades and they have never let me down. Thanks Well Fargo!

Brought my 2 year old inside (had to make a payment on card) because she had to pee (potty training). They refused to allow her to use their bathroom! They said they don't have a public bathroom! I told them her age & that she was potty training still no they said! Ridiculous to do that to a child!
