“I pulled into Eaton's tires yesterday with my son because I desperately needed air in one of my tires that had a slow leak. I went inside and spoke with a man named Dave that didn't bat a eyelash he sent one of his mechanics out named Austin and this young man had my tire off and patched and back on in 5 minutes flat no exaggerating and they did it for no charge. I really don't to many people or businesses that would have done what Dave and Austin did for me and my son at Eaton's tire. Thank you guys so much”

“Absolutely recommend this shop!!! I live in Gladstone and was visiting a friend here in St Helens when my axle thing broke (I'm obviously not mechanical.) I was driving when it felt like my wheel seized and it drug me super hard left, then when I went over the train tracks it drove normally, but when I turned it made that terrible expensive broken metal sound. Trevor was able to get me in Monday and looked at my car. It's a $3,000 dollar Subaru with 220k miles... So there are limitations to the kind of work it makes sense to do. He pointed out some repairs that are going to be too expensive to repair eventually, but also pointed out everything I can do to a have a safe drivable adventure wagon. I explained my dog and I are in the forest a lot so being able to start and stop are really important, and he listened. He was also able to save me over a thousand dollars by explaining some work I was quoted by my shop didn't need to be done. (Turns out I don't need an oil pan after all. ?) Just brakes, an oil change, and a CV axle.

As a woman it's hard to find a mechanic that actually listens and treats you fairly. Trevor at Lively Repair does both. I recommend him to both men and women, but especially ladies. Trevor is the mechanic we've been looking for.”

“The lady I spoke to on the phone (Tricia?), was very helpful in explaining options and pricing for windshield replacement and set up the appointment for a few days later. The crew was ready for me as soon as I arrived and got to work immediately.

Install was flawless and took 2 hrs., exactly as estimated. New windshield looks just like the original. Lane-keep assist camera sensor built into windshield works just as it did before windshield replacement. No problems. Good experience. Highly recommended.”

“Amazing customer service, great attention to detail. Talking with Jeff on the phone was awesome, he is verh knowledgeable has built a large clientele over the years. To talking story with Jeff in person as we looked over my truck, which is a 2014 Ram 2500 it’s a rather large truck, I told Jeff what I was hoping for and we walked around his shop talking through services and examples. I explained I enjoy washing my truck at home but during the winter months in the PNW it’s challenging to wash it in the rain, I detail my care usually once a month if not twice from spring to the end of summer. Jeff stated that’s great he encourages all clients to maintain their vehicle during the nicer months. Jeff’s recommendation was a buff & wax exterior detail every 6 months. This allows the truck to have a nice coat of protection at all times. When I was it at home it’ll keep it shining bright like a diamond.. my truck is a dark color so it’s hard to keep clean, if I don’t wash it 1/2 a month it shows… in the photos I took when I dropped the truck off, it hasn’t been washed by hand at home for 2 months and it shows.. the photos I took after the truck was done is a night and day difference… I will continue washing my truck at home and taking it to Jeff every 6 months, I was so impressed by the overall detail and even more impressed when I paid the bill, I thought for the service it’s one heck of a deal.. thank you to Jeff’s Custom Detail for the great service! I enjoyed talking with Jeff and collecting knowledgeable information on how to keep my truck looking great.”

“I can't recommend St. Helens Auto Body and Painting enough, would give more than 5 stars if I could. It's hard to find this level of quality work and integrity. I drove an hour and a half for the repairs because I couldn't find any good reviews for repair shops near me. I couldn't be happier with my choice.
AND, they cleaned my van inside and out and I felt so bad because my dog had destroyed the inside and now it's sparkles.”

I asked Shawn about getting them Friday after thanksgiving as I would be driving from Port Angeles to San Diego and had multiple time sensitive as well as logistically challenging stops to make along the way. He said no problem, and interrupted his Black Friday shopping to meet me Friday evening and helped me load them onto my truck.
