Amazing customer service, great attention to detail. Talking with Jeff on the phone was awesome, he is verh knowledgeable has built a large clientele over the years. To talking story with Jeff in person as we looked over my truck, which is a 2014 Ram 2500 it’s a rather large truck, I told Jeff what I was hoping for and we walked around his shop talking through services and examples. I explained I enjoy washing my truck at home but during the winter months in the PNW it’s challenging to wash it in the rain, I detail my care usually once a month if not twice from spring to the end of summer. Jeff stated that’s great he encourages all clients to maintain their vehicle during the nicer months. Jeff’s recommendation was a buff & wax exterior detail every 6 months. This allows the truck to have a nice coat of protection at all times. When I was it at home it’ll keep it shining bright like a diamond.. my truck is a dark color so it’s hard to keep clean, if I don’t wash it 1/2 a month it shows… in the photos I took when I dropped the truck off, it hasn’t been washed by hand at home for 2 months and it shows.. the photos I took after the truck was done is a night and day difference… I will continue washing my truck at home and taking it to Jeff every 6 months, I was so impressed by the overall detail and even more impressed when I paid the bill, I thought for the service it’s one heck of a deal.. thank you to Jeff’s Custom Detail for the great service! I enjoyed talking with Jeff and collecting knowledgeable information on how to keep my truck looking great.

Jeff did AMAZING! Our vehicle looks absolutely. 100× better than picking it up from the dealership. He went above and beyond. He even cleaned some of the inside, did all the plastic pieces outside without leaving a mark, and just really went above and beyond what we expected. Highly impressed and would love to use him again.

Jeff's work is incomparable. I'd give him 10 stars if I could. After he worked his magic on my BMW roadster it came out looking better than new inside and out, for an extremely resonable fee. The wax job is so perfect that the surface of the paint now looks like a deep black liquid. I'll never take my cars anywhere else.

Jeff came highly recommended by a good friend of mine, for good reason too. Brought my brand new BMW Z4 in for a wax/detail job and he was great. Left with my car serving two purposes... it was a transportation module but also a mirror. My car looked nicer than when I bought it with 24 miles on it from the dealership. Thanks Jeff. Jeff has detailed our vehicles several times, and also went out of his way to help us remove water from a vehicle with a leaking sunroof. He's professional, fairly priced, a nice guy to work with and does a great, thorough job. We highly recommend.
