I am new to Joe’s Northwest Auto Repair. My Acura MDX wouldn’t start and I needed to tow it somewhere and Joe had great reviews so I sent it off to his shop. I think what I liked best about my experience is he did not rush, he didn’t make promises he couldn’t follow up on and he stuck close to his estimate on services. I ended up having him do my full warranty service and felt a difference in the car right away. I highly recommend NW Auto and will use them for all my car needs. My car has 92,000 miles so it was a timing belt along with a new battery, some oil issue, alternator and the appropriate battery size for my car ( I had purchased one that was too small and so the connectors wobbled not giving it a full charge). A few more items but that’s all I can think of.

Good work. Joe didn't promise anything he couldn't keep. One of the new parts was faulty, so they did the re-repair for free since it was under warranty. I need my car to earn money as a gig driver, and although I got a little impatient, the work was done well. My AC is working great now. I will bring all my repairs I need done by a pro to NW Auto. Great experience. Thanks Joe!

I am very happy with NW Auto repair. They fixed my 2015 Jetta and it is running so perfect. It even cost less than they estimated. I am so happy to have found a great shop that I trust, right in my own backyard. Thanks Joe!

Really poor communication. Called in about my car and a worker said they would have Joe call me when he gets back and I waited 2 weeks and no phone call. I called back to let them know I was getting a tow set up to get it out of there and everything seemed fine until I called back in the next business day to find out they were in the process of getting my car impounded. Then they were extremely rude and acted like I had been a huge problem for them. I tried calling them twice and didn’t get one phone call returned.
