The worst! Broken doors for months, all AI generated customer service so you can never talk to anyone and have raised the rates twice this year over $50. Already the highest rate in town with poor management

Hello The Northwest self storage behind O'reilly's didn't have the size. I needed, but Mr. Miller got on his computer and found one just down the road at another Northwest self storage. I got a really good deal. They took really good care of me. And they made everything so easy and simple. I appreciate it so much. You have a permanent customer with me.
