The reviews are correct, this place takes ALL DAY to load. I arrived at 8:30 am and didn't get checked out until 5:00 pm. The inside of the trailer is totally covered in mud, so you are gonna need a washout after this load for sure!

Absolutely deplorable business. They forced a man to die in the heat because they would not allow harvesters to leave during the 115 ° heat wave.

Hands down one of the worst places. You better take care of your workers. I'm truely disappointed in how you treat them. They're amazing however it is truely saddening and terrifying how you explote your workers during this year's heat wave. Please consider and reevaluate your policies and benefits for your workers.

Ernst Nursery and Farms was previously cited in 2014 for failing to provide water to its workers.Oregon OSHA opened an investigation into the farm in September 2014 after receiving a complaint.Through an onsite inspection, Oregon OSHA confirmed that the farm was not providing its workers with water. Instead, workers had to bring their own water from home, which limited the amount of water they could access during the day.Oregon OSHA issued the farm a citation, but opted not to levy a fine. The agency also reported that no toilets were available to workers when they arrived for the inspection, but that farm officials told them that a trailer with restrooms had been mistakenly parked in the wrong place. The state agency didn’t cite the company for that issue.Prior to 2014, Ernst Nursery and Farms had been cited twice by Oregon OSHA in 2007 and 2010 for repeatedly failing to post information about pesticides being used at the worksite and the locations and contact information of local emergency medical care facilities. In 2010, the farm was fined $305 for repeatedly failing to post that information and for failing to provide workers with an eyewash station when pesticides were being used that could cause irreversible eye damage.
