The two Mexican men working on 8-27-2024 at 9:15 I have come to the store to pick up a DoorDash order then they decided to pull me to the side and started ringing up other people not helping me and then when they did I brought up the fact that they got the wrong dove and then they kept telling me to just not take the order anymore because the customer already canceled it, but they didn’t because I still had the order in hand. They don’t even speak English so trying to communicate with him was terrible.

Place an order through doordash and it was packaged by one of the store employees and they got literally all of the drinks wrong. I ordered green apple Gatorade and they sent Arctic Blitz I ordered the Laguna lemonade Mountain Dew they sent Live Wire I ordered Snapple apples they sent kiwi. And they won't answer the phone either so there's no way I can get it fixed unless I put all of it back in the packaging and take it back in and make them exchange it which is exactly what I'm going to have to do. They're either unable to read or they just don't care.

This 711 Does not honor the buy two packs get a discount from camel. They say its only for camel shorts. No where on this sign does it state this. This is false advertising and I have contacted RJ Reynolds. I will call the better business bureau next.

The store is crowded with teens late at night and the employees working do not act professional. Instead they walk around with their friends in the store goofing off and cussing up a storm when customers are patiently standing there waiting. It's filthy inside and out and you get harassed by the homeless sitting outside the doors and walking around the store following you. This place needs to be shut down or new management.
