The soda area is always a mess. There's been a few times when I went to get a Dr. Pepper and it came out as just seltzer water or just syrup. There's one guy that works and he always skips the screen where I put in my number for rewards. Overall, I avoid this place if I can. I prefer the 7-Eleven on Liberty and Skyline.

THIS STORE MESSES UP ORDER EVERY TIME NOW!! I DoorDash order for take & bake pizza for next night meal & i get fully baked one. I order honey boneless wings, i get bone-in buffalo wings. I ORDER WHAT I ORDER FOR A REASON...PREGNANT WOMAN CRAVINGS. YOU'RE NOT JUST PISSING ME OFF YOUR PISSING OFF MY UNBORN KID. CAN'T EAT FOOD WITH BONES COZ IT MAKES ME GAG. THIS IS THIRD TIME !! Either offer ability to choose substitutions or FILL THE ORDER CORRECTLY!! AND, there's no valid phone number to call them. ABSOLUTELY INEXCUSABLE. Think I'm gonna go AM/PM now. You've lost a once loyal customer.

I tried to give yall the benefit of the doubt but i cannot. the cashier flirted with me and my friend, the soda machine's are horribly and constantly broken, their cups literally bust out of their holders. its always dirty and they have a bad selection of items. literally so disappointed. we live so close by, but we go out of our way to go to another 7-Eleven because this one is so bad.

The prices that are displayed are not what they charge you at the register. Very disappointed. Cashier said the price couldn't be changed. Also added they've been working only 6 days and didnt know what to tell me.

The phone number on Google doesn't correlate to the store.It just goes straight to a voicemail.That is not set up so you cannot call and get any information on if they have any products in stock The customer service is also very subpar, and lacks the friendliness. That is required in most customer service jobs.

DoorDashed a gallon of milk, expiration June 5th - and it was 100% foul. There were black chunks floating in it. It smelled like rotten yogurt. They need to throw out everything in that fridge and probably fix their whole HVAC system.
I tried calling to let them know and it just goes to a voicemail box that isn't set up.
Also, DoorDash sucks - I paid $15 for a gallon of milk and they wouldn't even give a full refund unless we could provide proof that it caused medical harm. Ridiculous.

We have ordered from here several times and have ALWAYS had issues. They never reach out for substitutions. They changed what I ordered and sent driest most inedible chicken nuggets. Very clear that no one cares.

Obviously sick employee didn't even acknowledge me as a person. He "asked" if he could help the lady who came in behind me and then proceeded to before hearing my answer. Time is money and I don't have time to wait around when I am door dashing on a busy Friday night to be skipped when I was clearly next and in line. I watched this employee with boogers running down his face use his hand to wipe his nose, then complete my order and the bag had snot on it. Absolutely disgusting store and employee. I felt like I needed a shower afterwards. I would also do a random UA on this employee if I were you he looked tweaked out.

Sarib likes to play Switcheroo with your rewards information. The degenerate has been doing it to me for weeks. Screen glitches and doesn't let you hit continue. There is no transaction history in app, yet the discounts are magically there! Verified by 711 customer service, there is no transaction on account.

I used uber eats 2 days ago and ordered two half and half creamers. They were both expired on 01/06/24 and were rancid and curdled. Reported after 48 hours so no refund, which I think is ridiculous. It was expired for a week. Do the employees check the expiration dates regularly. That was so disappointing when I wanted coffee during the snow storm. This is a safety issue.

ALL THEIR PRODUCTS ARE EXPIRED. Every time I order from 7-eleven, doesn't matter what it is, its expired. I get refunded but at this point, don't bother even buying from here, you probably will get food poisoning.
