Audrey the manager is such a sweetheart. Bowls of candy greet me in the office to sweeten my disposition. Her kindness and professionalism are so refreshing. The hours of operation are very generous. 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. wow what a luxury. The inside units are climate-controlled and very well maintained. Audrey is everybody's sweetheart. What a lovely person. I rate this place five stars and highly recommend this facility.

The on site manager is a amazing person who works so hard to keep it clean inside and outside of the units I will always recommend this storage company due to the quality of work and customer service

This is a great storage facility they make sure your stuff does not get damaged and if it does they bring it to your attention also wanted to shout out their worker Audrey who is amazing!!! calls me when I might have late fees to prevent them, She is super kind and has a very positive personality! Like I said she is amazing!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Audrey is the best, she has been so helpful and accommodating of our needs. In my initial conversation with her, she went above and beyond to find the size of storage unit we needed and apply any specials they were running. Audrey keeps the facility clean and does such a great job of treating it like she's storing her own important items there. The facility is very secure. I wish I would have found this facility sooner!

I have rented from these guys for 6 years. The service is great. The facility is clean and the staff is amazing.

Been here 6 months, they lost my rental agreement "when someone quit", they send out emails saying they will terminate my agreement if I violate the lease when I barely even go there, but they won't send me the proof I violated it even tho they have cameras all over the property. I'll be finding a new place to store my stuff I do not recommend anyone else coming here.

Audrey was so sensitive & caring with me today, something we rarely experience with customer service these days, sadly. I've stored my things with In-Self for many, many, many years & needed extra assistance today with which I was met with such kindness, willingness & respect. Thanks so much for making such a tough day lighter. You never know how badly somebody might be struggling & what small gestures can seriously mean in someone's life.

Audry, property manager, is AMAZING!! She goes WAY "above'n'beyond" to provide high quality customer service & care. With her in charge, I trust that my stuff is safe, & the property secure. Give this lady a raise she deserves it!!!
