This place literally asks you more questions than the police. I've used Aaron's, in Utah, multiple times and Never had ANY issues. Then, I move here and they want to know EVERYTHING about you. Short of requiring me to give them my finger prints, I'll find some where else to do business. And, their Regional Manager Jose, should find another profession

My mother got 3 beds from this place. They came in didn't set the beds up right left the middle bars out of all 3 frames. Didn't set the beds up right at all. Then when she called and spoke to the (manager he did nothing. He doesn't hold them accountable)...These people don't do their job right. MAKE SURE YOU STAND THEIR AND MAKE THEM SET THINGS UP THE RIGHT WAY...WE PAY DOUBLE BECAUSE OF OUR SITUATIONS..AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO COME IN AND NOT DO THEIR JOB RIGHT BUT CHARGE YOU REDICULOUS PRICES..SAVE IF YR ABLE AND BUY OUT RIGHT.. THESE PLACES USE AND ABUSE PEOPLE THAT DONT HAVE ALLOT..I PRAY 4 EVERY ONE OF YOU IN JESUS MIGHTY NAME..AMEN..HIS WILL BE DONE...💜🙏🏽🙏🏽💜🙏🏽💜🙏🏽💜

Scammy place. My tv stopped working after a couple of months. I called them and let them know what happened and they tried pushing onto me to that my tv mustve fallen off a tv stand. It did not fall at all, it just randomly wouldnt turn on the following morning. I switched to a different aarons because I did not like how the manager Jose was approaching this issue and upon getting my new tv they mentioned that my old tv (the one that stopped working) had a note that said the tv fell off a tv stand and broke which is NOT what I said at all. So my bill racks up with Lancaster store during this time. I call Jose and after a month he finally suggests I can replace my tv with them but I have to pay my bill that got racked up. Instead of him suggesting this in the first place he decided to lie and say my tv fell off a stand, rack up a bill for me and then say I can replace it a whole month later. Note, I didnt end the lease soon enough because I was hoping they would come by the house like they usually do and ask for a payment or to pick up the device. Instead, because they knew my tv was broken, they let the bill continue to grow. Jose will spam call you the day after if you are a day late on your payment, and then they will call you every day after that until a payment is received. Straight harassment, my voicemail inbox fills up quickly and I lose access to anyother people leaving me voicemails because Jose doesn't stop calling. Aaron's has always been a sketchy place to me but my experience with Jose made it much worse.

I got my living room set from here and I got it paid off in less than a year. I highly recommend this place, they have more than just furniture check out the website it's awesome!

If I could leave zero stars I would! Absolutely thee worst customer service I have EVER encountered and I worked customer service 13+ years. Absolutely rude and no understanding. When I tried to explain that I hadn’t received any of the alleged missed calls. I have wanted new couches for a few years, these ones specifically. Now I’ve had two wait two weeks, and I’m told it’s MY fault… And going into a $4000 plus agreement I was hesitant on but saying it’s being marked because it’s my second time because of the long wait for delivery and bad customer experience I almost pulled out.. and If I didn’t love these couches I would have! Think twice. Look around. I won’t be doing it again.

I bought an appliance set a couple of years ago and have been paying well over double the value for. One of my appliances needed servicing and Aaron’s picked up the dryer bringing it back in the same condition. When I called to notify the manager of this, he was dishonest about the situation focussing solely on paying my monthly dues.
I then called again to have my dryer serviced due to it coming back in the same condition, this time insisting on paperwork to show the repairs done. The dryer again came back in the same condition and with no paperwork. I again contacted the manger who was dishonest and threatened to take the appliances. The cost of the lease is 4,310.52, but values as a set for 1,456.00 at Home Depot, leave 2,854.52 profit for Aaron’s. There are multiple legal complaints filed against Aaron’s resulting in monetary compensation to customers due to the excessive fees that Aaron’s continues to charge.

The manager here is the rudest human I have ever come across in customer service. Calling women pet names after she repeatedly asks you to call her by her name and laughing and continuing to use pet names is a form of harassment!!!!!!!!

Overpriced, if you miss two days your bill goes up. There is no two week payments, your bill racks up everyday. Pretty ridiculous and if you miss your payment on the due date they start spammjng you with calls.

I’m giving this rating, because the people in that work at the store are so so rude. They have a disrespectful attitude and tone on the phone just because you ask questions, the delivery people aren’t great either. Definitely prefer Dave from the south Salem location.

Went in to look at a washer and dryer and was told about a set that I could pay for in full for a deal since I was hesitant about the payments and the outrages leasing fees the washer and dryer were clean I didn’t look to much into the screen worker said it was tobacco? There was no one to deliver it until next week so I rented a uhual and took it I opened up the uhaul after I got home and noticed a smell I didn’t smell before so I looked closer into the screen and saw what looked like legs so I opened the back and was disgusted and shocked that Arron’s would sell me this I’m absolutely sure they knew of this problem and were tying to get rid of it and make a profit then they would not come pick it up I had to drive and use more miles on the uhaul taking it back then the guy had the audacity to make me get them out myself I asked if he would pay the extra miles it took to drive it back and he said not his problem I left them in front of the store and left I’m glad I didn’t take it inside or I would have had a pest problem if they were in the washer I’m sure they were in the dryer and have spread across that store since I was told it sat for 3 months there unless you want a pest problem I highly recommend going else where I would give this zero stars and hopefully this can help others avoid this headache all together
