This store is HORRIBLE. None of the employees are on the same page. I have told them since day 1 I want my payment on the 15th. I have had to deal with them telling me I'm late with my payment. After telling these guys 5 times. They say they fix it but really don't. They will lie to your face. They deliver broken items and then tell you. The manager will lie and say he never talked to you. Corporate won't do anything. Try and talk to them and they just justify their workers actions. They say they wanna resolve it but won't do anything to make it right. These guys tried raising the prices on me after signing a legal contract on one set price. I will never do business here again. To me it's workers that aren't on the same page and scam artists. I'll be contacting my attorney and also The Attorney Generals office. I'll definitely be taking these guys to court for harassment and raising the price when not supposed too. Absolutely horrible place.

Ever since the old manager left this place has gone down hill. The staff is rude and doesn't care and if you try to talk to upper management they do nothing. Avoid this place!

I have been with Arron’s for a couple of years and in all my years since they got new people new manager in the south Salem location they have nothing but rude and they lie as soon as my stuff are paid off I won’t be going back

I just spoke to Bill. He was a very big help with my items. He and his team of Aarons employees at the commercial location went above and beyond their jobs to help me. Caleb even stopped by my home after work hours to give me 2 HDMI cables. Wow, definitely highly recommended. Thank you Bill and Caleb!!!!!!!!!!! 5 Stars!!!!!!!!!!

My best friend rented a bed frame and head board. Head board was infested with bed bugs when they got it. At first they thought they were getting bit by spiders and finally found after absolutely covered in them that they had them. The store claims that the bugs didn't come from them claiming that they sprayed the used furniture (my best friend not knowing it was used) and then placed it in a warehouse with all of their other furniture! My best friend has now been waiting 4 hours for them to call her back on this issue! This is disgusting!! Aarons do better!!

So i pay a extra11 doller for member ship and in that membership it stay if approved the agreement payments can be covered by them i was let go from my job and was tould by the manager of this store that it be cover up to a thousand dollers or till i got a job again . I get six calls a day about missed payments and when i tell the staff that it should be covered they are rude and demand payment plus they havr given me and my roommate product that dont work twice i would go to rent a center before using these guys

I was recently informed Dave has left. With that being said- I likely will not return to an Aaron’s or do business here again. Dave was a rockstar. The other people in the store are emotionless robots who’s 1st concern is commission not the customers needs. It’s a damn shame because I really enjoyed this location. But without Dave- I’m just not interested
