Love the staff here very nice people and very knowledgeable about everything they carry. I would highly recommend ATI to anyone who may be seeking whether it is a walker you may need or otherwise.

I've only dealt with the people here over the phone. My caregiver picked up the items I had ordered. Everyone there was so helpful. I can't even say for what all they carry but so far they've had everything in stock that I've needed. I would absolutely recommend them.

Unfriendly. After transaction was completed she informed me there was no returns. I am not satisfied with the shower chair, it is very wobbly. She said I would have to contact company, no response from them.

Brenda is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Went in to rent a piece of equipment and was treated as if I was a second class citizen. While I was there the slender blonde at the front desk asked for ID and Payment card as I went to hand it to her Bitchy Brenda practically screeched to step back 6 feet because I was too close! Like how am I supposed to provide what you ask for if I cannot give it to you?! Bitchy Brenda proceeded to sneer and give myself and my family dirty looks...comoletely unprofessional. After a few minutes Bitchy Brenda went to hand me paperwork to sign and then stepped back and screeched again about keeping 6 feet away. She kept trying to tell my kids to sit down, and was verbally abusive towards the slender blonde gal. Bitchy Brenda needs to relearn how to engage with customers. After this month: I'm returning the equipment. Seriously after this I'm NEVER going back to Access Technologies. I feel absolutely sorry for the people who have to work with Bitchy Brenda. Whomever owns ATI needs to fire Brenda. She should NOT be allowed to work with the general public. To the slender blond working: I am very sorry your (I'm assuming boss) treats you so poorly. Same goes to the lady in the pink shirt, you and the slender blonde gal are the ONLY positive things about ATI.

We are so grateful for the support our daughter received in obtaining her Aug Comm Device. I especially appreciate how professional, friendly accomodating and understanding Elishia and the young lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot your name!) were with my daughter and I.

This is Oregon's best kept secret. I was walking by and window shopping when a very sweet employee greeted me at the door. She was very pleasant and struck up a conversation. I soon learn about their great prices on new medical equipment like wheelchairs, walkers, ramps, canes, bath benches, crutches, dressing aids, sock aids and more! They are a non-profit so they take in new and used medical equipment and put it up for a very reduced cost. Then, I learned about their library and demonstration center! They have a plethora of devices, technology, apps, software and more. It is open to the public and it is FREE to any Oregonian. They have equipment for vision, hearing, learning, adaptive work and recreation equipment, and a children's corner. There is technology for memory and cognition, computers, mice, keyboards and more. They have over 2000+ items and 500 apps and software at their store front. As a resource center they have information to help with funding including grants and other resources- All of this is FREE! If you like something in the demonstration lab, you can rent it for a nominal $9 cleaning fee for 30 days! They said you can try it before you buy it. On top of that, they have in house grants and a layaway and rent-to-own programs. They also do trainings on the technology-anything from iPads and tablets to smartphones, computers and more. Best thing yet, is that they are a State wide Program and can deliver or meet you anywhere in Oregon! I will definitely be back again!
