I have used Juan's shop for many repairs over the last 2 years.Each of those repairs have FAILED.1 of those repairs was a power steering unit in my truck and within 2 years the steering bolts worked lose and all at once I lost all steering. That not only could have killed me, but others on the road with me. It cost me $4500.00 to fix Juan's shoddy work.This week the alternator that Juan and Active Automotive replaced less than 2 years ago started to make noise, the bolts got loose, $47.50 tore-tighten.The transmission he replaced has leaked since the job was done. I have taken it back 3 times and it still leaks.And as for Juan's prices, he just charged my uncle, an old man, $150.00 hour after telling us his shop rate is $95.00 per hour.I could go on but this much shows Juan is a liar and is to weak to get a bolt tight enough to stay.Take your vehicle to Juan and Active Automotive AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!Services: Brakes
