Kevin and his crew at Acura Salem service department did excellent work getting trailer hitch installed on my 2024 Acura MDX. Kevin put me in touch with Brent in sales when purchasing the MDX a few weeks ago who was great to work with. We also have an Acura TLX and are very happy with the customer service we receive at Acura Salem for both our vehicles.

My experience at Salem Acura was fantastic. I had an issue that I described to Kevin. Between Kevin and the technician they were able to figure out the problem and it was resolved. Kevin was very professional from the start of this situation. We were even given a loaned car and it was a fabulous Acura MDX.Thank you for such a great experience.
