Had a sudden issue with our car’s

Double high five goes out to Steven Gomez and Joe Hemenway, we needed a power steering belt badly, the belt noted in their inventory computer would not fit, tried 3 different belts either to short or 2.0 inches too long had the same issue earlier at Autozone no belt available, finally after an hour or so at Advance Auto Parts, Joe Hemenway came outside to take a look see and got the number off my old worn belt he went in and pulled up a belt size, it was either this one or special order a power steering belt. Well it barely slipped over both crank and power steering pulley but ending up having 1.0 inch adjustment left after tightening, __" they never gave up __
so they are now my go to Auto Parts Store. Special thanks to Steven Gomez and Joe Hemenway and Advance Auto Parts on 12th street Salem, Oregon for making it happen.

Sunday morning, 6-month old battery, dead AGAIN! Jumped & took to AAP, the ONLY people open. Juan was SO helpful! Polite & friendly. Battery good, alternator good, and best of all, Juan did not try to sell me something I didn't need, just because I'm a woman. Can't say that about some other places! Great experience at Advance Auto.

Steven absolutely killed it! He went above and beyond to help me out. I had knee surgery recently, couldn't get down to the level I needed and he helped out in repairing my car in the parking lot! Class act!!
