This is the best towing service hands down! They got me off the side of I-5 within 35 minutes of my roadside assistance call, at 5 pm! How did he do it?! Couldn't tell you. Magic I guess?? Then when we got to the dealership and it was closed they dropped me off at home, took my car to their lot, and towed it to the dealership in the morning. Mind you, their lot is in Salem and my dealership is in Canby. The driver was polite, friendly, and SO helpful during a stressful time. Could not recommend this company enough!! The next day when I called dispatch for updates it was the same kind and quick service I got the day before. When the tow operator dropped my vehicle at the dealership I was not available to be there but he handled it seamlessly, as if I turned the car in myself. These guys are the real deal!

Very helpful service! They were able to redirect our tow with no issue when we found out our mechanic was not available to receive the towed vehicle.

I had a great experience with AE Towing. I recommend their service any time you are in need of a tow. I was in a dangerous area on I-5 with a flat and he made the process smooth and safe in the dark. Thanks for your kindness during a scary situation!
