There are a lot of auto repair shops in town. I think people make the difference. AJ’s has friendly folks that know their business. I’ve had work done on both my vehicles at this shop in the last couple months. They are easy to work with, do a good job and charge reasonable rates. I recommend them to my family and friends.

AJ’s auto repair serviced our Honda Civic which was having starting issues. They got us an appointment quickly and fast turnaround for the fix. They didn’t do more than was necessary and gave us great recommendations for upkeep and future service. The customer care was friendly and explained the repairs and issues simply.
Completely satisfied with our experience and service.

Great experience all around!! Hadn’t had my car serviced in years, so there was general service plus some major issues. Always was informed of estimated cost, trust these guys to do only what is needed. Had my car back quickly. Appreciate the Lyft service to and from.

Locking mechanism on my door was not working. Needed a new part. Very quick and friendly service. Was more pricey than expected but overall satisfied. Thanks AJ's.

Just had my car in for its 5,000 mile oil change and safety check. As always, the team at AJ’s did the oil change and furnished me their safety check report at the end. They always are looking out for my highway safety!! I will see you again in 5,000 miles!

First of all the location is convenient for me ( with in walking distance if my work). I decided to use them because they have a contract to work on our company vehicles (government agency). I assumed they must do quality work at a fair price.
I have taken two of my vehicles to them and the problems were fixed in a timely manor. The staff are friendly and they did not try to hustle me into getting additional work done , like other mechanics I have dealt with. They did provide me with an inspection summary and discussed with me their findings but did not try get me to schedule additional repair jobs.
I did not shop around to compare prices with other shops but trusted them to not rip me off. I am happy with their work and will use them again when needed.

I brought my lost cause of a ram 1500 to them to diagnose an electrical issue 3 other shops failed to do including the ram dealer. It took them Alot of time to figure it out but they were the only one who said they fixed it and meant it. If you can be patient and let them work their process it’s well worth it.
They have earned a return customer for as long as they are in business.

Called to get help with my daughters car since I am stationed in Alaska right now with the Army. Guy immediately said he didn't want to talk to me and told me have my daughter call. I suspect they use predatory practices to take advantage of customers.
I would stay away from this place for anyone looking for their car to be repaired.

Solid. They are kinda pricey but they get the job done. They take their time though and their communication could use work but they get the job done reliably
