Management of this facility should care about tractor parking for semi-trucks. There’s no truck stops nearby. Make a space for truckers so they can park at least for 4 hours after they deliver a load.

It Was A Little Difficult to get checked in. Make Sure You have a Delivery Number. But they Are Very Nice and Helpful. You have to Drop Your trailer and go to the Bobtail area but they were Pretty quick to unload. So it was Very Good

All their drivers seem to be so entitled to park on people's private property that they don't belong at with no packages for said property while they go and make other deliveries around the neighborhood instead of doing the right thing or blocking people's driveway so they can't leave their own home just for their own conveniences must be really nice

The only mud parking lot is also closed. Don't go there 30 minutes before your reservation time. There is no place to park.

This facility is a bunch of buddies taking turns promoting each other and flirting with one another while treating employees like trash. Their HR department can't keep staff and are always understaffed/unavailable. Safety concerns are either ignored or met with retaliation. The onsite "medical staff" is essentially first aid that anyone could perform, and the idea of seeking actual medical attention (usually due to overlooked unsafe conditions) will get your job threatened.

Yesterday I came to Amazon facility PDX7 in Salem Oregon at 10:45pm and my pick up time was at 4am then I parked my bobtail truck near to amazon facility and the spot was SAFE TO PARK WITHOUT ANY SIGN and when i was sleeping one of amazon worker came at midnight at about 2-2:30 and knocked my truck door very hard and scared me and when I look at that woman she turned on his flashlights directly to my eyes and told me that you can’t park here and she was very rude and angry but PARKING SPOT WAS SAFE???

Don’t come 30 mins before your appointment. The check in guys are in another state . Go always to the office inside and wait to talk with them. 2-3 hours average.

Check in check out system failed they need to fixed or give traning to a staff who ever worked for those cameras check in check out system took me 10 minutes to check in and 30 minutes to check out.

For truck drivers only by appointments if u get here earlier they will turn you around if u need to drop your trailer here and leave no parking around Amazon closest truck stop 12miles lol Overall same old Amazon nobody knows nothing nobody can't help you the security guy at gates can't help/do something either
