I love the animal inn. They treat my dogs like their own animal and are always knowledgeable, affordable, and get me in on short notice!

We have boarded our cat at Animal Inn a few times over the last several years. I've been impressed by the cleanliness of the cat kennel area and the obvious caring of the staff. Although it appears there is just a single person there at all times, that person has never appeared stressed. Our kitty is let out of her kennel, played with and petted over the days of her stay. She comes home clean and happy. I've nothing but positive thoughts about Animal Inn.

We were getting our floors redone and needed to board our four guinea pigs for a week. They are more geared towards cat and dog boarding, but were happy to take them! I brought their playpen, food, toys, etc. When I came to pick them up, I was blown away by the care and attention they received. The employees had kept their cage immaculate, washed their fleece every single day and given them plenty of attention and even made time to hold each of them every day. I was expecting the bare minimum (keeping their food and water full) but was so impressed with the care they gave them! Truly cannot recommend them enough!

I took my English Bulldog for an overnight visit and I had to ring the bell a couple of times. I realized the gal was working on her own and was very busy. I hope they find a second employee. It seems like that would help. I was satisfied with Chesty's condition. I did have to ring twice again because she was hosing down the areas and couldn't hear me. It's nice that you can walk around the building and see your pet. It went very well. Less stress than other places.

This is not a review I wanted to write. We dropped our two dogs off for a night (this was our second time coming here). Our little dog was so excited, our big dog not so much. We left two healthy happy pups. We picked them up after only one night and my dog seemed a little off. We thought possibly from over playing...by 3am my dog was paralyzed in his back and by Wednesday he was completely paralyzed and slowly dying in my arms... from a TRAUMATIC back injury...by Wednesday we found out it was inoperable and we had to put down our 2 year 9 month old dog, Nahko. I had to hold my dog as he died.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR LEAVING YOUR ANIMALS. When the owner did call she only talked to my husband and did so from a blocked number that couldn’t be called back on...that’s how little they care about your animals.

I like this very affordable and friendly kennel. If you're looking for a luxury pampered hotel for your dog or cat, you can go and pay for it elsewhere. But if you need a safe economical place to board your dog for a day or several, Animal Inn is awesome. There only seems to be one exceptionally friendly, loving (and a tad overworked) young lady working there, but she's awesome and obviously loves animals. As long as she's there, we'll keep using the Inn. They'll feed their own quality adult or puppy food, but we've always brought pre-measured kibble packets in zip locks for each dog for twice a day feeding), and that's worked great. We also send them with some chew and play toys which get inventoried and returned. Sent our golden puppy when he was about 3 mos., and the puppy and adult golden a couple months later. Two big thumbs up for the Animal Inn.

I brought my 2 German Shepherds for a bath. This was our first visit here. The lady was nice and attentive to my dogs. At pickup they were nice and clean, and all seemed well. The next day my dogs were acting strange. They didn't eat that great and one showed signs of pain in his neck. The day after that my dog was in even more pain. We couldn't touch his neck or have his collar on him. He refused to eat. Had to take him in to emergency as we didn't know what was wrong. After X-rays and a thorough exam the Dr concluded he had soft tissue injuries. My other dog showed pain in his back and also ended up having soft tissue injuries as well. My dogs have never out of 5 years seeing different groomers and being boarded ever have something like this happen! I went back to Animal Inn to voice my concerns of what happened to my dogs and how it wasn't right. The same lady from the day of grooming made notes and was to inform the owners that I wanted to speak with them. Never received a call back. Somebody here abused my dogs!
