I'm still adjusting to using this machine, but they have made it very user friendly. I'm pretty good with technology stuff, but I just had a bone removal surgery in my left hand less than a week ago, so things are not the most easy right now. I have severe sleep apnea, so I was happy to get my machine quickly so I can feel even better sooner! The instructions are great, easy to install. Looking forward to better health soon!

I spoke to one person, one time. I received a box with some documentation and instructions, a machine and several nose masks because no one ever gave me any physical exam of any sort, so no one knows IF I have a nose, much less what size or functionality it might be or have. It tries to blow up my nose when I put it on which seals any remaining passage left after the strap seals most of it, leaving me only the option to mouth breathe exclusively.I don’t find it very helpful; I’d call them back but the complete lack of care thus far has me convinced this is just an attempt to make money, not to help people, also, I don’t have any point of contact there anyway.I could be more disappointed in my experiences this far, but it would require direct physical harm having been done to get there.But, hey… I got a nifty little machine out of it, so there’s that.

After what has been a shockingly extended wait to get through the medical tests and diagnoses for my sleep apnea, I was dreading next steps with the equipment company, thinking it would be yet more waiting. Instead, I was so grateful to speak to the kindest, most knowledgeable and helpful man on the phone who immediately answered my questions and set me up to get the equipment I needed. I received my cpap machine 2 days later! I highly recommend Apria healthcare.

Starting new with Apria was very challenging and frustrating. No two people assisting on ordering cpap supplies had any of the same answers, being told it shipped when in fact never did, being told one thingOnly to find out that it is incorrect. Finally got my supplies only because I was able to talk to that one person that knew how to do there job.

All they care about is money.. my mom lives on an oxygen machine. My father passed away and the costs of that alone sunk my moms funds. APRIA WILL NOT PROVIDE HER ESSENTIAL EQUIPMENT TO LIVE!! She is on fixed disability income which doesn't amount to squat. And they won't bring her nasal tubes over like a $60 debt. Truely pathetic.

Terrible customer service! If I could give zeros I would. They don't communicate, if they had a card at one time, they will use it with no word and when you call you get the run around. Mico was awful

Definitely areas for improvement. First, I received a call that I answered & was instantly disconnected. Although no caller ID, I called back immediately. In speaking with them I was told that since they could not make contact, my order was cancelled. I asked when I was contacted & they said that day. ( the previous call I was calling back to) I was told my order would have to be re issued and may take 48 - 72 hours for a return call. I receive that call 2 days later. When speaking with the person, it was completely a word by word script. Any question I had was replied to by the same repeat verbiage. Finally so frustrated, I just agreed to what they were sending me and decided if it was the wrong thing, I’d call back to speak with someone else. Very frustrating & if it wasn’t the only option under my insurance, I would not use them or recommend them

First of all I was telephoned while i was in the hospital very ill and they wanted my debit or credit card. I almost died when i went in to the hospital and it was bad business to contact me there asking for money. Second the had not even submitted bill to Medicare. With my Kaiser AND Medicare my portion would be very small. Even the nurse said sge never heard of company contacting patient while in the hospital.

After all the paperwork and delays with the insurance I received the tanks and equipment. It is quieter than I have used but I have never used tanks before. The gentleman who brought the equipment was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, I wish there had been some instructions included so I have something to check as I try to learn how to use and fill the tanks. If you have any I would like a copy, please . Otherwise I like the quietness of the equipment and it’s working good, so fare. Thank you for any help in the instruction department.
